I've received electro-stimulation and cupping for pinched nerves, a soothing moxa treatment for unusual bloodwork and targeted pain points getting an extra needle or two. The key is to let Dr. Kim (Joey) know your current concerns--he'll determine exactly what your body needs in the moment. And I can't leave out Vincent! The doctor informed me that my hormone levels were off balance and my body was not fertile and would likely never be again. I was only 36 years old and told I was going into early menopause. I was desperate for help and willing to try anything. I made an appointment with Betty and came in several more times throughout the month. I missed my last appointment to go on vacation and planned on coming back when I got back. Luckily, I never needed to make another fertility appointment...I was pregnant! 9 months later I was approaching my due date and worried I would have to be induced. I came in to see Betty again for a few sessions and felt very centered and relaxed after. I went into labor the next day and was able to delivery non medicated as I had hoped for!
