We've always been greeted by the receptionist and overall given a warm welcome. Office is clean and relaxing. Dr. Schauer very clearly is passionate about what he does and cares to get to know his patients. I've suffered from Migraines over the years, and every time I leave, I feel relief and an improvement. Glad to be his patients and will definitely keep going back. We both have had our fair share of chiropractors we've visited over the years, but Dr. Schauer hits the mark.

But no matter where Dr. Anderson is practicing, I will pass all of them and see only him to ease my longtime back and neck pain. In fact, I have....and will....follow him anywhere. That's how good he is and how much I trust him. I wish there were better words I could use to recommend him. He is extremely skilled, very caring, very strong (which is necessary for a chiropractor) and very modest. This is not the kind of office where you feel like a number and just a sore body. Between Dr. Cooper's welcoming staff and the amount of time and knowledgeable attention you will get from the man himself, I can assure that you will wonder what took so long to see him. With no reservations, I recommend Dr. Anderson and his office at the highest possible level.

Spine and Disc Center of Arizona isn't just a place for chiropractic adjustments--they offer an…read moreimpressive range of services including massage therapy, stretching, cupping, trigger point therapy, scraping, and even personal training. I originally booked a deep tissue massage because I like being able to ask questions about improving my mobility, and the variety of services they provide gave me confidence that they have the knowledge and experience to answer those kinds of follow-up questions. The massage itself was outstanding. A 60-minute deep tissue massage costs $90, which I thought was well worth it for the quality of care I received. Johanna was my therapist, and she was fantastic. I'm very active and tend to carry a lot of tightness in my traps and upper back, so I asked her to focus on those areas. She spent the majority of the session working through those stubborn knots while still making sure I received a full-body massage in case there were other problem areas that needed attention. I walked out feeling noticeably looser and more mobile than when I walked in. If you're looking for more than just a standard massage and want a place with a broader focus on recovery and overall wellness, I highly recommend Spine and Disc Center of Arizona.
