I had my first ever chiropractic appointment here today and I was super nervous! Amy at the front desk was immediately kind and friendly, and my anxiety was almost completely gone before I even saw the doctor. She not only explained everything to me, but made sure I understood and gave me time to ask questions. Dr Rick was awesome! Super friendly and professional, made sure I was comfortable and explained everything thoroughly before making any adjustments. Looking for a chiropractor to adjust my and get periodic maintenance treatments. Came across an add for the Joint offering a new customer discount on first visit. Scheduled an appointment and saw the doctor after completing the initial forms. The doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful. Asked me questions and permed an adjustment. What I really liked since I travel a lot is that if you prepay for a package you save a lot of money and you can use any Joint facility in the country. Did not feel like they cared about my issues, I did only pay for the first time visit. They popped my back and sent me home I typically go to a local chiropractor but they were not available so I thought I would try them out thinking that there would be in all around care. I came her for neck pain just last week. The office staff was helpful and kind. The chiropractor was knowledgeable and answered my questions. I even signed up for a monthly wellness plan. The front desk girl was helpful and let me know of all dates and conditions of the plan that I'm sign up for. I will continually go back 4x/ month :) read more

It's my first time visiting a Chiropractor ever! I stopped by yesterday, they are located next to Sprouts. I spoke with the office staff. The two ladies were nice and friendly. I was able to book an appointment for today. They gave me my paperwork to take home and fill out. They do not take private insurance, however they have some great prices on packages. They do accept FSA cards. They also treat children. The services for children are priced differently than adults. They also have military pricing. I was given a neck, back, and leg adjustment. I have had issues with my knees and the doctor treated them as well. I would definitely give chiropractic treatment a try. read more

My husband and I went in because I have been gradually experiencing weakness in my left arm and hand, tingling, and a lot of pain. When we first went in I explained my symptoms, and the provider said he would adjust my hand, however he never even addressed that. I did have significant relief, and due to scheduling I wasn't able to return for a week. My next apt I had no relief, and my pain and weakness seemed to get worse. I went in tonight, after consulting another chiropractor, who said I needed my elbow and hand adjusted. I called earlier and was told they can adjust any joint, but the woman provider absolutely disregarded everything I said, and told me no, the issue was my neck and back, and wouldn't consider anything I said. ***response to comment from "the joint". Please don't show up now with "please reach out"; we waited weeks to hear from management! This all occurred back in Dec! This review has been sitting in my drafts (why I just published). One of the Chiropractors at this location caused my husband to have several strokes. I called immediately and this place did not give 2 sh**s. I expressed my concern about this chiropractor killing someone the next time! They did not care. On top of that, I've been trying to contact, to make things right! No return contact. The girls at the desk give the runaround. Not only did my husband suffer, we now have a significant amount of medical bills that we shouldn't be paying! The joint is responsible and they do. Not. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Please do not purchase anything else from here ("wellness plan") if you haven't go to your regular doctor.. I spent 2 days at the hospital after coming here for and adjustment, and when I tried to get a refund, NO HELP AT ALL... !!first, COSTUMER SERVICE PHONE NEVER ANSWERED, then when I go back for a second time to teller them that there's no answers after 4 days waiting, a lady in front desk gave us a little bad attitude... I went for a consultation and was suggested 8 treatments paying with 2 months membership. After 4 treatments and no improvement, their doctor recommended finding a physical therapist to get a more appropriate treatment. I agreed and requested to cancel the membership and they replied that to be able to do that I would have to get a letter from a doctor to confirm that ( I guess they don't trust their own doctor). Now after the third charge on my card and my complaint they said that I need to fill up a form of cancellation that they never mentioned before. My option now is close my bank account so they can't charge again. What a SCAM!!! read more

Legit life saving experience, took 10 mins out of my life to make a world of difference at a more than generous rate (anyone) could afford . I went to The Joint when my back went out. The Chiropractor was very nice, popped my back & off I went. The next day I was in so much pain I could hardly walk. I went back got popped again & was told to come back the next day. I later found out that we shouldn't be popped more than once maybe twice in 1 week. When I went to pay & the office girl asked me if I wanted to sign up for the 89.00 per month for 4 visits. I said I didn't think so, she went on & on about it's my money & how much it'll save, she couldn't believe I didn't want to save money. Total pressure sales when I could hardly even stand there. I am generally very happy with this practice. The chiropractors are all quite good and it suites my needs because I need a place that is open on weekends. The only recent complaint I have is that they have been closed the last two Sundays and there was no sufficient explanation, just a sign on the door. I will not renew my monthly fee if this keeps happening. read more

I have used chiropractic care as needed for around 45 years. After traveling for three days, I ended up with an issue with my sacrum (SI joint). It felt pinched. We just moved to the area so I I found this business through Google. I never write reviews but I am so disgusted I feel compelled to. I would say the adjustment from start to finish couldn't have been any longer than 5 to 7 minutes. The manipulations felt quick and hasty. There was really no effort to check my alignment or movements after he finished. He then asked if I frequented a chiropractor weekly! No, I go when needed. He offered a" membership ". If a chiropractor is proficient at what he does, NOBODY should have to be adjusted on a weekly basis. My treatments at my chiropractor and others I've gone to average 25-35 minutes and are far more thorough and intentional. I walked out feeling exactly as I did when I walked in. I thought, OK, maybe it will feel better the following day. It does not. It still feels pinched and my movement is still somewhat impeded. I was skeptical about a walk in chiropractic clinic, and evidently I should have paid attention to my gut. Who buys a membership at a chiropractic clinic and has to go weekly? It's not like going to a gym!! If you're looking for a new chiropractor I strongly suggest you look elsewhere! read more

Always 25+ minute wait for walks in (never had a problem at Tempe location). Both chiropractor I've seen are very nice, but I've had better adjustments. Decided to cancel my membership. read more
