They continued to mention they were short staffed which we understand but there are so many loved ones under their care. We were charged to transfer our father to another mortuary which was costly. The staff keeps giving excuse is that they are so busy they don't have time to deal with ashes burials. Aren;t you a mortuary and funeral home? We had to have a cooler set OUTSIDE the mortuary because they didn't allow it inside. Bathrooms were filthy, no toilet paper when needed family had to use tissue paper that had to be provided for themselves. Joey greeted us and made sure we had what we needed. They had everything ready on time, were very accommodating and the place was immaculate. The sanctuary itself was beautifully decorated, I felt so comfortable, like I was at home. The bathrooms are super clean and smelled really fresh as well. We wanted to serve coffee and some snacks, they had 3 tables ready to go in the back of the room which I decorated and arranged food on. I brought 2 carafes to make coffee in as well as table decorations and some finger foods. It worked out perfectly. Overall, we were all so grateful for everything England Family Mortuary had to offer and the services they provided. They are 3 generations of caring individuals who put a great deal of pride into their work and mortuary. I would use them again in a second.
