If I could leave a -1 star review I would. Ok I'm the first…read moreto tell you that I'm not keyboard warrior. But I'd give this shop -1 stars if I could. I've been a couple times and the owner has not necessarily been pleasant a single time. However I don't care about that much I was just there to get my vape and get out. His vape selection is limited compared to others in the area. He's centered around tobacco specifically. I went in and bought two vapes.. when I got into the car and went to turn the vape on the airflow fell off. I took it in he popped it back on and proceeded to hit it and get me a new one. The second one my SO opened when they got home and it immediately started blinking when hit. I called and asked him if I could send the vape back for a new one. He proceeded to try and mansplain to me how to turn the device on and off again and that he has never had any issues and now I have two. My thoughts exactly. Nice observation. After he took this tone I told him I knew how to troubleshoot and it didn't work and if he'd please trade me out for what I paid for we would not be back and he would not have to worry about it. He said "if you're never going to come back why would I be nice to you." I said word I'll leave a review. I do as I say. Don't waste your time or money. There's better people and vape stores.

I have never really tried CBD or vaping in general but heard very good things and wanted to give it…read morea shot. My partnerlives down the road and we decided to stop in one day. I'm not going to lie when I said I had very low expectations of this place, I am a bit of a prude or judgmental jerk because I think of smoke shops as quick places to jack up prices and make profit and don't really care. That is the absolute opposite of this business. their prices are cheap, as in like the cheapest I could even find on the internet. Barely a markup despite being a brick-and-mortar store. The customer service was excellent from the woman helping us. she was wearing a mask, as was the owner who I met later, and they made sure every customer that came in wore a mask as well. But unfortunately I only owned the vaporizer pen for about twelve hours before it stopped working on me. Or maybe the pain stopped working maybe the cartridge stopped working I don't know I bought them both there though. I went back in three days later without a receipt, but with a proven credit card statement. the owner just straight replace both, we couldn't figure out which was broken or why and he didn't care, he only cared about getting me what I had actually paid for. I'm still amazed by it, but on a day when I got some bad customer service elsewhere I was really happy to have received great customer service from a local shop. Support them!
