Today, after receiving a shipment containing an unwrapped bottle of liquid soap that had leaked out all over the contents of the box, my complaint, and request to send another shipment, or refund (suggested by the woman at head office) was mishandled by a customer complaints service rep. She insisted I go out of my way to send photos of "every damaged item" and list all of the products I could "not clean up" since there were cans, and wrapped items that could be salvaged. Who does this?? I sent a photo showing how much soap had leaked out, and she replied it looked like it was only in the one corner of the box (I had moved some items to get a close up, like she requested). Honestly, at this point I thanked them for their past shipments, and bid them adieu. The food bank next door will gladly clean off the gloppy mess, and I will continue ordering from Amazon, where they never make you feel like your years of purchasing with them, don't matter.

To a complete novice, it looked like lots of little bottles on shelves, but go looking for a particular problem, in our case it was memory loss, and the expertise becomes crucial. This is not a store to browse looking for whatever you THINK you need. It is MUCH MORE of a store where you can borrow the wellness expertise to find out what works for YOU. The relaxed, easy going, no pressure feel just adds to the feeling of having visited a medical expert, and gotten JUST what ny body needs!
