I mentioned to the person i was with that the prices were better in rutland and the person working decided to start screaming at me in front of other customers. will never go back. Most unprofessional people, and should honestly have a staff meeting about not being so sensitive. Would not recommend to anyone, look across the street theres a better place. read more

Hemp City Customer Dissatisfaction Do NOT go to Hemp City they are overpriced and the customer service is aggressively bad. I went in today to buy some balloons for my Volcano. Now I don't have a lot of money so I asked how much a box was going to be. When the guy said it was $12 I informed him that I can get three boxes online for $9.90 (http://www.storz-bickel.com/shop_us/en/shop/all-items/volcano-balloon-tube-set-109.html I knew because I looked it up before walking down there to give a local business a chance at my business). I told him I wasn't going to pay $12 for one box. He shots me an attitude tells me he doesn't even want my business. First of all I'm a nice guy not a rich one. I was not rude, I didn't yell or act inappropriately I was just honest. Secondly in 2015 most successful businesses have embraced customer feedback as a way to improve their business. Third this is the second time I have had an attitude problem with Hemp City employees the first time I didn't want to pay $30 for a toque with a corporate logo. I got a $3.00 toque from the gift shop in the Town Center Mall without a corporate logo on it and excellent customer service. Dear Hemp City, if you don't have what I want at the price I want save the attitude you don't have to tell me you don't want my business because you are not going to get it anyway.
