Lorn gave me some tips and offered to stay on the phone while I attempted to make it work. I told him I'd call him back if it didn't. It didn't! When I called back, he offered to stop by on his way home to see if he could help. He spent almost an hour here. Talk about going ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY! Since it was getting late, Lorn arranged the delivery for the next day. Matt, the owner, I believe, delivered my order. He was very apologetic about the trouble I had and we had a lovely conversation. I've dealt with Lorn, Matt and Sherry. They're all extremely helpful and enjoy passing on their extensive knowledge.
