To a complete novice, it looked like lots of little bottles on shelves, but go looking for a particular problem, in our case it was memory loss, and the expertise becomes crucial. This is not a store to browse looking for whatever you THINK you need. It is MUCH MORE of a store where you can borrow the wellness expertise to find out what works for YOU. The relaxed, easy going, no pressure feel just adds to the feeling of having visited a medical expert, and gotten JUST what ny body needs! OK, I AM an expert on drinks, smoothies, great tasting cold beverages - and they rocked that department - if you are on Pandosy, check them out for yourself!

EDIT: So I have been a regular at Atomic since this first review (see below) and my thoughts on…read morethis shop remain the same, if not better! Atomic has started getting some serious vaping gear in and even more flavors! The new 20ml bottles are amazingly priced and the flavors are as good as ever! Its always a joy coming into the store and chatting about vaping and things - its easy to spend a half hour there without even realizing it! Such wow, much amaze! Hands down friendliest and honest vape shop in Kelowna... And believe me, in the vaping industry honesty seems to be hard to come by. Their authentics are authentic, and if they have clones - they are aware they are selling clones and will let you know so you dont get ripped off! The juice is AWESOME! 100% VG for life :D. Also the juice is not super thick even though its all VG - they got their distilled bc spring water perfectly mixed to give it a nice consistency for tanks. And on my dripper the flavor and cloud production is great! Jay is an awesome dude from the expereince i have had with him - the juice is an awesome price $7.50 compared to other local stores selling at $10 a small bottle. PLUS he gave me a free drip tip after i had mentioned i needed a new one! Oh and they have a loyalty program which is amazing - deffs buying all my juice and possibly some hardware there! The other vape shops in kelowna should take notes :D Especially sun city vapes... ugh never go there - the owner is a complete douche! All in all - keep on being awesome atomic!

I have been here many times and they offer a nice selection of very high quality mens clothing by…read moredesigners such as Hugo Boss and Versace. Most of the sales staff are very friendly and helpful but there is one guy who acts like a used car sales man. He constantly tries to push me to buy things I don't want and has a fake kind of friendliness. Their prices are much higher than what I normally pay at boutiques in the United States. I asked them why their prices are so much higher despite the current exchange rate and he got annoyed. He arrogantly denied that his prices were higher than the US and said that all Hugo Boss boutiques are required to have the exact same prices world-wide. I told him I could prove otherwise with receipts that I have from the US and various approved websites. He was quick to interrupt me and then say that he has been all around the world and that Canada has cheaper prices on Hugo Boss than most other places. For example, he said in Europe, they are far more expensive. I agree that the prices can be higher in Europe BUT he had just said a few minutes prior that all Hugo Boss boutiques are required to have the same prices world-wide...lol. On 2 different occasions, I asked them to order me something from the official Hugo Boss website. They told me that they don't do custom orders and only have what is in the store. LAZY! Lately, I have been going to the US and buying a years worth of clothing all at once. With the money I save, the trip always pays for itself.

Very disappointing experience with both the store and their customer service…read more I ordered two pairs of shoes online, paid in full, and was later informed that the pair I actually wanted was out of stock. When I asked to cancel the entire order since the main item was unavailable, I was told they don't accept returns on sale items--even though the issue was on their end. The response felt dismissive and profit-driven, with no effort to make things right. Poor service, zero accountability. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
