Preparing for your little munchkin can be a daunting task. As a new mother I spent hours researching, maneuvering through the web to find the best baby essentials. The owner came over and went over the difference between 4 wheels and three, plastic wheels vs. air. After 5 minutes I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders. I had a lot of questions and the staff were very patient, knowledge and extremely helpful. I felt heard and important two things you don't get from buying online. Our decisions to purchase our stroller and car seat once seemed like a nightmare became a breeze. The owner came out to our car and installed our car seat explaining each step so we fully understood how to do it incase we needed to install ourselves one day. I have been shopping at Baby & Me since 2009. We were expecting our first baby and knew nothing about cribs, strollers, car seats and everything else! Don took the time to explain the various car seats and features available, along with the strollers. He also helped us pick out a crib that he ensured us would last and it has! He went out out of his way to dismantle and package up our furniture to prepare it for a long trip by barge, as that was the way we would get it to where we lived. The entire furniture set has lasted through four moves across provinces and territories and is going onto being used for our third baby! We visit Baby & Me on every trip home back to Kelowna. If I have any major purchases or questions I always wait till I get to town. Last trip i invested in cloth diapers and wasn't disappointed in what I got! Their staff are knowledgable in all their products and if they don't know the answer they will find out! I will be making a trip in for another stroller and car seat on my trip back in a few months! I love the quality of stuff at Baby & Me compared to what you would find at Wal-mart or Babies-R-Us. We're a young family on one income so price is as an important factor as quality when we are buying things for the kids. We got our Britax double stroller from Baby & Me and have LOVED it. The quality is amazing. It seriously feels like I'm driving a car when I use my stroller. I recommended it so highly my sister also bought one there as well. Would recommend this stroller to anyone who is thinking of having more then one child! Baby & Me does sell higher quality baby gear, so you pay for the quality. However, there are some things with little kids you just don't want to cheap on. They also sell the baby bjorn pack and play which I highly recommend. It's been through 4 kids and is still in great condition. We use it ALL the time. It's our go-to gift now for first time moms. My most recent shopping experience was just before Christmas when I took advantage of their "Twelve Days of Christmas" promotional sale. From the moment I entered the store, I felt like a valued customer. The storeowner greeted my daughter and I personally. He offered her her very own stroller to shop with in store. Other staff members were very approachable. They made mention of the sales that day, while demonstrating a vast knowledge for their products available in store. What never ceases to amaze me is the atmosphere of the store; it's very inviting. The store is always very well kept and organized. The prices most certainly reflect the quality of items offered at Baby & Me. Baby and Me has a nice selection of high quality baby products, with very knowledgeable staff. There are universal strollers that hold most car seats available while you shop. There is a spot to change and feed your munchkin. Green and local products are in the selection and nursery designs are amazing. If you have questions about baby sign language or cloth diapers, the owners do both with their daughter Keira currently. I got my stroller there after checking out several stores and the service was amazing. Time was really taken with me to explain the ins and outs; I didn't feel rushed at all. I get excited whenever plan to shop at Baby & Me, it's like Christmas! I get inspired just browsing through the sections, finding new alternatives to mainstream products, checking out the neat toy selection. The staff is very knowledgeable and will always help you find exactly what your looking for, even if you don't really know yourself. I found all sorts of unique products that I would never find at a big brand store for example cloth diapers, teething necklaces and cool lunch packing products. Baby & Me must really hand pick their inventory, I've been proud of every purchase. This baby boutique store in Kelowna is awesome. The customer service is likely the bets in the city, especially when it comes to baby/kid stores. Every time we enter the store we are greeted, no matter how busy it is. The owner is a very nice man who will take the time to personally show you anything, for example, we purchased a car seat and then came into the store and he personally showed us how to properly install the seat in the car. The store does carry expensive products but you really get what you pay for and we found that the staff always gave us multiple options depending on our price point. They never push you to buy anything that isn't worth it. Love this store! read more

Baby and Me in Kelowna has always been such a great place for the latest baby gear. I have gone there for just over four years now and am a fan. The staff are always super helpful and if they don't know the answer, they will find someone who does. The owner, Is there almost everytime I and in which shows a true dedication to the store. They have special ordered us a couple of things, for our stroller/car seat, which was super helpful. Definitely would recommend. My only "complaint" is that I wish they would have sales more often. But at least I know that I am buying good quality product everytime and that they are up-to-date on the latest standards and specs. read more

Baby & Me are often the only store in the Okanagan that carries the brands I fall in love with online and this way I get to see the items in person before I purchase. Baby and Me is definitely a boutique baby store which means they are on the higher end in terms of prices and products. But the staff is so helpful, I feel like they have saved me money by being objective about advice and never being pushy. They also gave me a refund on Aden & Anais blankets that were gifted to me (I received too many and decided to return some) even though the blankets had been purchased elsewhere. read more
