They're located in her area so she took to show them the arrangement. They apologized, felt bad, agreed it wasn't very nice, made her another arrangement fuller&fresh flowers. Why they didn't do this first? Learn by mistakes. I gave them top rating because they changed over the years, done beautiful arrangements, friendly on the phone & in person. Truly Touched My Heart…read more I'm a senior widow and I ordered myself some flowers from Mom & Me Flower Shop, and the experience absolutely warmed my heart. They called to confirm my address, and during our chat, I mentioned that I'm that no one buys me flowers anymore--so I decided to treat myself. To my surprise, when the delivery arrived, they had included three extra beautiful roses and a lovely handwritten note. It brought tears to my eyes. Such kindness and thoughtfulness are rare these days, and it made me feel so seen and cared for. The flowers are stunning, fresh, and full of life--just like the compassion behind them. I am truly blessed today and will remember this gesture forever. Thank you, Mom & Me Flower Shop, for reminding me that there is still so much kindness in the world.

She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and shared her incredible knowledge of floral varieties and colors. Jessica's talent is remarkable. The bouquet was absolutely beautiful,  well designed and well balanced. I had called her from Vancouver and requested the flowers be delivered by the morning of the next day.  She called my neice to make arrangements for delivery, my neice advised she was out and areanged for a later time. She then took the time to call me to advise. I was very impressed. She personally delivered them as per the time they arranged. Her eye for color and ability to combine different florals into a stunning arrangement is truly impressive. It's rare to find someone who combines exceptional creativity, extensive floral knowledge, and such genuine care for their customers. If you're looking for a florist who delivers not only gorgeous flowers but also an outstanding, personalized experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Village Flowers.
