I highly recommend Dana and enterprise flowers, I live in Arizona and like to send flowers to family in Kelowna , and was usually disappointed in all the other shops I used. I started using enterprise flowers studio in2021 . The arrangements have all been beautiful and full and true to what I ordered. Ordered flowers for my wife on Valentine's Day. Placed the order 4 days before and was asked what time I would like them to be delivered, I replied I would like them to be delivered in the morning as early as possible.... 2:30 PM they finally arrived. Flowers cost me $125 and were nothing more than a dozen roses you could get at Safeway for $25. To top it off there was spelling mistakes on the card they deliver with the roses, also I don't remember asking them to tell my wife to "Have a Great Day" Anyway, this place is crap, when I called to complain they said they don't guarantee delivery times.... So why even ask me? Spend your hard earned money somewhere else. Thumbs down. read more

HORRIBLE customer service! I ordered Mothers Day flowers on the internet. I specifically looked up a small business - so I could support the local economy. They did not deliver the flowers ...when I called today to find out why - they said OH we do not deliver to Peachland??!!!! ...we emailed you.... I ordered the flowers on Thursday and did not check my email till today!!! They should have CALLED and let me know that they do not deliver to a particular area (they had my phone #) - or updated their computer software to not let an order go through if the were unable to fulfill the request! Here I was trying to support the "small business" and NOT order from an 800 number. A lot of good that did me when my 75 year old mother did not receive ANYTHING on Mothers Day - Shame on you!!! read more

I was totally stressed out with Enterprise flower studio (Kelowna, BC) as they forgot to send my funeral flower to the cemetery. Our loved one passed away and was buried on Nov 29/21 and the flower arrangements did not show up. When I attended to speak with the employee who took my order she indicated that she forgot to print the draft and leave it for the week end staff to make up the flower. Really? Is this the type of flower shop a customer really wants to order their interment flowers from or any flowers knowing that they forget to deliver an order for a customer on an already stressful day. This is un acceptable. The worse part was that there was nothing I could do to fix this issue and the employee did not seem to genuinely care about this unacceptable mistake. The owner also did not have the decency to phone and apologize or even send out a sorry note or flowers or anything. It just showed that this owner and her employee lacked any sympathy for their actions. They figure oh well, no big deal as we have other customers. I suggest to other customers that they should think twice before ordering from this flower shop as they could be the next customer that this employee forgets to fulfill and deliver their owner. read more

I found an arrangement I wanted online and had the designers at Enterprise check to see if they could duplicate it. They were able to acquire the exact blossoms I wanted within two days. I also checked with two other florists in town and one was priced as much as $40 more. The recipient sent me a photo of her flowers and they were beautiful -- exactly what I had ordered. Ordered an arrangement online (blindly as it was for a friend who lives in Kelowna- I'm across the country). There is a large variety of arrangements to choose from and pictures were really helpful. They were out of stock of the vase shown in the picture and I got a call asking me if a substitute was acceptable. Prompt delivery and gorgeous bouquet! Terrible experience. They didn't deliver my mom her Mother's Day flowers and told me to try some place else (THE DAY it was supposed to be delivered) after I had already placed an order! If they didn't have any flowers left for the particular bouquet (as they claimed), why didn't they abide by the clause that said that they would use a replacement bouquet of equal value? Why was there even an option to purchase it and have it delivered?! The worst. read more

I had never used this florist before and they exceeded my expectations (and I am kinda picky about flowers). I am in California and wanted to send my sister who just moved to Kelowna, some flowers for her birthday. I looked at the website and called - they helped to select an arrangement - we discussed when their flowers arrived, in order to have the freshest flowers for the occasion. My sister was thrilled with the arrangement and the pictures she sent me of the flowers were gorgeous!
