Everything flowed so nicely and felt super relaxing from start to finish. The staff were all warm, professional, and really made us feel taken care of. For brunch, we had mimosas and a pineapple punch (so good), plus a fruit plate, grilled caesar salad, and three Kenoza burgers -- all cooked exactly how we wanted. No complaints at all, everything was fresh and delicious. The space itself is clean, calm, and really inviting. Such a great way to kick off a birthday weekend with my girls. Overall I think they need a reality check if they're trying to charge such prices for the food they serve. Id much rather pay for simpler, humble menu but with better quality and taste.

Shain redefined my down dog and other poses without making me feel self conscious or having to pause the class and disrupt others' practice. I didn't realize how much better my poses could be and used muscles I did not know were there. I am grateful for her gentle caring teaching and will definitely make these classes part of my practice. Wasn't expecting to do any yoga outside of visits to ashram, but ended up taking Kundalini with Gitanjali (who is more then accommodating and all around lovely) that was the highlight of our trip. She also has a float tank/sensory deprivation tank that is incredible and the perfect way to rejuvenate in mind/body/spirit. Breakfasts were all locally sourced and delicious. I'm both an unrepentant runner (always in need of stretching) and a somewhat frequent yogi when at home, but something about the instructors, the music and the vibe here always resets my compass to get me back to regular practice. I've been to many "flow" classes elsewhere, but 108 gets it right and the instructors give just the right amount of guidance for those like me who sometimes confuse left from right. It's also a great way to unwind after a long drive to Milford. Looking forward to trying the PJ location too.

It It was a beautifully taught class that was peaceful and balanced. It incorporated breath with movement and encouraged a quiet mind. The teacher Ricarda was kind and gentle and a great instructor. Clean and opened up with natural lighting, lightly scented with a heavenly aroma that eased my breathing instantly...the energy is just right! They have matts and props to borrow (free of charge!) that are kept in great condition and a restroom if you need to change. This being my first Yoga session ever, I was worried about my own capabilities, but Nancy made it such a fulfilling first experience! As soon as I walked in the studio, I was kindly welcomed and introduced to the studio set-up. Nancy guided me (and the class) through each position with great instructions and tips. She gave plenty of attention to each of the students which is something you don't always get in other classes/studios. I probably didn't get the poses right but just after one session, I am breathing better and my body feels sturdy! Can't wait to go back. Thank you for the great session! She…read morewalked us through stretches prior to starting the silks, explaining and demonstrating each move to make it beginner friendly. Hilary encouraged and provided adequate attention to each of the girls to ensure their safety when using the silks. She even curated the perfect playlist!! The class was so fun, but our group definitely agreed that Hilary played a significant role in that. As for the facility, it is very clean and even has a small retail shop in the front. The equipment we were using was clean and felt very secure. Great business with great employees!
