I waited three days, and finally called Elite Foot and Ankle, in Lone Tree, spoke with the actual doctor (they apparently answer the phone when the receptionist doesn't), and got an appointment for the NEXT DAY. Avoid Red Rocks, or try calling when they're not out to lunch. Heh, heh. Very disappointing. They're literally down the street from my house, and also provide PT. But they blew it. If I need PT (foot is still in a walking boot, but I'm doing Pilates), I will absolutely NOT go to this unreliable place. I like businesses that return phone calls.

After the surgery was over, he followed up with me every 2-3 days without prompting to make sure I was okay and would answer my questions after hours or on weekends. Upon scheduling the appointment, I was called back the same afternoon, informing me that my appointment needed to be moved because of snow that is forecasted. I was told that my appointment would be moved to the next available slot, some 3 hours later. Nevermind that once someone gives me a scheduled appointment time, a couple of things need to happen. 1. I have to schedule the time off of work, because like the vast majority of Americans, I have to work in order to survive. 2. I then move other appointments around so that I can accomodate this new appointment. When an appointment is rescheduled, I then have to go back and redo things all over again, and feel like an idiot having to change the time that I schedule off of work. All of this is bad enough, but when the very next day I am contacted to reschedule my appointment again, I have to draw the line. If patients cannot be accomodated, and expect to be seen when they are told they will be, then something needs to change. The receptionists hung up on me twice, and were giggling in the background while I was explaining my frustrations with them. Today, I am a feeling astonished. I have always spoke highly of this clinic, and today I was given a clear picture of what unprofessionalism looks like. As I mentioned before, I have never recieved anything less than stellar service from this location before. It appears that they have some new staff members, and it is a shame to see this clinic become what it has.

I tried to contact yelp to have it deleted and am still trying to accomplish that, but anybody who is lucky enough to be seen by this doctor will not regret it. I can't say much other things that other reviews haven't said, but he is hands down the most caring doctor you will find. I believe his practice has been full and I regret having to have left for financial constraints at the time, but it was my loss. As you can see, he doesn't need anymore positive reviews, but deserves every single one he receives and if I had the opportunity, I'd have him as my GP.

Colorado Orthopedic Consultants in Aurora is an organized office. They sent me texts and emails prior to the appointment to get paperwork filled out. Once I arrived I had a short wait to see the doctor. His PA came in first and looked at my ankle and then I had X-rays done to check on status of fracture and healing. Dr. Meyers evaluated the X-rays and found my ankle was healing. All of the rooms I was in were clean and stocked with cleaning wipes. The office has a large area for physical therapy that I just saw. Be aware that parking is limited outside; there is a large parking garage that I ended up in since this office is adjacent to a hospital.

My…read moreprevious orthopedic surgeon had put me in a brace and said that it looked great every time I had an office visit and they took an x-ray and said to come back in another couple of weeks for another check up. My arm was NOT healing and the pain was unbearable and they didn't seem to even care. Dr. DeLaRosa immediately said he was very concerned on my first visit and ordered blood tests and took x-rays and told me that there is definitely something delaying the union of the bone and it was not okay to keep waiting. Within 2 weeks, we had performed surgery and my bone had been stuck in the muscle the whole time and was never going to heal without surgery. Dr DeLaRosa put in a plate and screws and the bone is literally in perfect alignment again! Today my arm is nearly back to full function and better every day! I cannot say enough about the quality of care from all of the staff from the front desk to the schedulers, the MA's and of course Dr DeLaRosa....everyone at OCC went above and beyond for my care and still does!

Doctors would spend 5 to 10 minutes with me and didn't seem to care. I met Dr Grover and he spent nearly 1 hour with me - uninterrupted while we discussed my symptoms and I had a thorough examination. He ordered some tests and we DID figure it out. He never once dismissed me or rushed me. Demonstrating a true concern for his patients is an attribute of Dr Grover. I had a friend also see Dr Grover regularly and he went into the ER with a health scare. Dr Grover called him on his cell phone and walked asked to talk to the ER doctor on the phone. Ever since then - he has continued to be a great doctor and I see him on everything from my annual physical to the typical issues, bumps, bruises, and illnesses.
