The furniture is beautiful and was a significant investment, but the purchasing experience has been extremely frustrating. After nearly a year and a half of delays and repeated quality‑control issues, I cannot recommend them. * In July 2025, we were told the table was ready but the chairs were delayed. Amish requested final payment so delivery could be scheduled. * Delivery was then postponed because the truck carrying the chairs malfunctioned and the shipment was sent back for inspection. * In September 2025, the furniture arrived, but the table was unfinished on one end and had to be taken back for refinishing. * In October 2025, the table returned with scratches and damaged leaf ends. Amish informed us that a new table would need to be built and left the damaged one with us for Thanksgiving. * In January 2026, we were told the replacement table had been placed at the back of the production queue, adding another six‑month wait. * In May 2026, the new table arrived with chips and scratches. The delivery personnel did not bring it into the house because they saw the damage and contacted Amish, who then sent it to a refinisher. * In June 2026, we were told it missed the truck and would be delayed another month. * As of July 29, 2026, they are again attempting delivery. Would I shop there again? No.

You can see the color green in our kitchen backsplash and importantly, Zuri was able to provide an amazing modern/contemporary barstool to complement our backsplash color. These barstools are sturdy, well-built and were easy to assemble. Shipped promptly, our barstoolcame boxed in protective coverings, (2 stools per box) without any damage or missing parts. Based on my experience shopping with Zuri, we'll definitely patronize them again. In fact, I'm shopping their site now for a leather executive desk chair. I inquired weekly by email concerning payment to their customer service, and have received no response for 2 months. I hope this company is better to their customers than they are to their vendors. At 2 pm, email stating delivery would be june 9. then told 10:30-1:30 window. morning of the 9th, time change. This isn't a problem for me personally because I'd rather browse in peace without the added pressure of being followed and watched like a hawk. As we were walking towards the door, ready to check this place off our list and move on to the next furniture store, an orange-y brown leather sofa caught my eye. My immediate thought was that it might be nice if only it were in another color, then lo and behold I spotted leather swatches nearby in a handful of colors. Suddenly, not one but two different salespeople stopped to offer assistance. After a brief but successful sales pitch, the next thing we knew we were practically skipping out of the store in glee, receipt in hand, having FINALLY found our new sofa and loveseat, which we ordered in black. We were told that it would take about 10 weeks for our furniture to arrive, but it actually only took half that time. The entire delivery process was hassle free. They had openings within the next couple of days with short windows of time. When the delivery guys showed up they were on time and quick but careful while dropping off our pieces. Our new sofa and loveseat look great and feel well manufactured. I haven't noticed any flaws thus far. After they have had some time to get worn in and thoroughly tested by our in home quality control group (i.e. kids) I'll update my review.

When we finally get a call back from customer service they inform us they do not know where our furniture is and that the warehouse manager has been very sick. I hope that person gets better, however that is not something you disclose to a customer for many reasons. Extremely unprofessional. It is kinda bizarre that in one of the fastest growing cities in the country that a Bassett Furniture could be so inept.
