We have now had it for 6 months and it has already sagged 1 inch on both sides but is perfectly full in the middle. We are both small people. We had someone from claims come to measure and confirm it has sagged 1 inch in 6 months. The warranty says it must sag 1.5 inch in order for them to do anything. I repeat...we've had this mattress for 6 months. They won't do anything about it and it has been a terrible customer experience.
