After a nightmare experience at another dental office, I stayed away from dentists for over 15 years. Knowing that I really needed to at least get my teeth cleaned, I responded to a new client offer and WOW. I am pleased to say that my fear no longer exists. I've since had old fillings replaced and most recently a root canal and new crown for a broken molar. The staff is friendly and sensitive to your needs. We were lucky to stumble across this dental office near our house when my husband had dental emergency few years back. We ended up switching to Dr. Hema for our entire family (including the kids). I was recommended Dr. Jhamb by a colleague and I can't thank her enough. I am really happy and pleased with her work. She patiently explains each step of the procedure and makes me feel at ease. I just got back from my second visit with iConic Dental and I can't wait to go back again! Who says that about their dentist office??!! But seriously I just got done with three fillings and I feel better than ever. The office is gorgeous and welcoming with Rachel greeting you as you come in. They had the most advanced tools and systems starting with their iPad forms I filled out at my first visit. Next Larissa brought me back to the "chair" where Dr. Jhamb greeted me by asking me about my new job (she makes every visit so comfortable and personable). Next we started my fillings procedure. After too many years since my last filling experience, I was a little worried about this one. But Dr. Jhamb and Larissa were a great team and everything was smooth sailing. Throughout the procedure Dr. Jhamb checked in with me to make sure I was doing alright. You can really tell that they put their patients comfort at the highest priority! After everything was done, Rachel made me a wonderful cup of festive tea and helped me plan my next visit to get the rest of my fillings done (yes, it had been far too long before my visit to iConic Dental). Her staff has also been great in working with me while I transition to my new job with different dental coverage. So everything was perfect and I had enjoyed my experience at Iconic dental. However, I decided to do a cosmetic filling in one of my front tooth just so my smile would look even. Worst decision ever. I ended up loosing my tooth thanks to a wrongfully done filling. When I went back to her office she charged me $800 for a tooth canal, and there went my tooth. Horrible experience. As posted in an earlier Yelp review I was looking for a dentist open on Saturdays (weekends) as I developed a toothache on Friday which was getting worse. Iconic luckily had some cancellations and I was able to get in within an hour of me reaching out to them. Turned out I needed a root canal and Dr. Hema was able to get the procedure done on that visit. She took the time to explain the procedure and the possible reasons behind it.
