I was very pleased. While I was there, I looked at the jewelry they were selling, and it was very nice items. Also talking to another lady that was picking up a custom ring they had made for her. Wow it was beautiful. They also had soldered on post earrings that screw on for her. Did a fantastic job. I'll be back to have some posts put on like she did and I'm really thinking about having some other jewelry taken care of buy them in the near future. We came into this place about a month ago. I had a couple…read moreof requests. 1. One gold bracelet was way too long and I needed it shortened. 2. My beloved gold bangle was in need of polishing and regroving of the lines etched in. 3. I wanted a custom made Cross & bead gold bracelet that I had I my mind. Nobody makes them. Lastly I had a bag of gold rings to sell. I wanted to say that EVERY EMPLOYEE was beyond polite and professional. They listened to every one of my 'ask's' and immediately said yes. They told me to give them a couple of days on the design for the new bracelet for my approval. When I received their ideas, it was exactly what I wanted. A week later my bangle and my bracelet were shortened perfectly. Two weeks later my cross bracelet arrived. Unfortunately, I damaged the clasp the first week. The damage was completely due to MY misuse. Not their skill. (I am EXTREMELY HARD ON JEWELRY) We took it back in to be repaired. I just picked it up. They put on a heavy duty clasp at my request. I went to pay and they didn't charge me. Now THAT's customer service!! We will be back. Thank you all for your assistance

When we went this past weekend, it was very busy, so we had a little wait. Not a big deal, there was a lot of sparkly things to look at. Once we were helped, we showed the jeweler a photo of our idea/inspiration on engagement ring design and although she didn't have anything in stock that was similar, she gave us a reference in Boulder that might be helpful. She also had us email the Owner with the image and offer a bit more information in case he knew of something that she didn't. I appreciated her prompt, but thorough service. I appreciate that I wasn't persuaded in another direction and my boyfriend and my time wasn't wasted. Although we have not heard back regarding our specific, unique design, we very much appreciate a little direction. We were striking out until now and at least now we know of a designer that can get close to what I'd like.

Firstly, I just want to thank the entire team at Mark's Diamonds for the quality of customer service that they have provided to me and my fiancé. My fiancé customized my ring at Mark's Diamonds and it's so perfect. Secondly, I had to get my new ring resized and they did it in no time. Because they have a jeweler onsite this makes it easier for them to make repairs a lot quicker. I also had to have a quick repair done on the prong and they were able to do this with a quick turnaround also. While the 2 women who helped me were mostly pleasant, it felt like 2 semi-amateurs giving me an absurd quote for a "pre-existing" setting. When they mentioned the jeweler using the cad program, they told me that to set each stone is $100. I find this crazy given the quote from the place we visited after this. They also recommended I bring more gold in as trade when the other jeweler said the gold from my original ring && 1 other was more than sufficient to have my new ring made. Lastly, what the biggest standout was for me on service was the second jeweler I visited was very professional & even came down from his work space to look at my stones w/me as. As I was explaining what I wanted, he was able to sketch out EXACTLY what I wanted...not attempting to put it in a preexisting design. All in all, it felt like this jewelry store was more into the business of selling pieces rather than making. I'm giving 1 stars because of the absurd amount I was quoted, the lack of care for making a custom piece (not meeting w/the jeweler) & the disinterest felt by both women to work w/us. The showroom was very inviting & big...lots of jewelry cases. And lots of parking too. Biondi's is open everyday except Sunday. In addition, service was great, super friendly & knowledgeable. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon & were greeted immediately. My husband had a ring that needed to be sized down. Due to the shape of the ring the jeweler advised putting in sizing beads, which we did. (This is where beads are soldered onto the inside of the ring.) The cost was very reasonable & was promised to be done in two weeks - it was done beforehand. Something to note, all repairs are done in house & they also do free ring cleanings & inspections. The ring fits perfectly & we are quite happy. This will be our go-to place for jewelry.

She said it was a simple fix and fixed it on the spot at no charge. I waited 15 min. Also, when i sat down to wait another employee can and came to check if i had been helped.
