I wish I could recommend Edgar and Sons! He was a nice man!…read more However, after many follow up calls to the owner due to an incomplete job, I was told by his assistant that he was "too busy" to call me back. Ultimately, the job we agreed to with contract was not done to completion, in spite of the assistant's insistence that it was. The owner was not on the job EITHER day and this is important. While the crew came back to attempt to complete the original job ( we appreciated that!), the owner was not there. The result was that the job is currently STILL not what we agreed upon. The owner is not willing to return to finish it. Caveat emptor...just know that if the job is not done according to agreement, you will have trouble reaching the owner and it will not be made right. We really wanted to have a great experience!

Due to the lack of daylight, they had to come back Tuesday to finish, grinding the stumps and cleaning up. They worked very well together and efficiently. The price was great for all they did! I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!

They handle…read moreeverything from hardscape and landscape work, to dog waste pickup, property maintenance, and general handyman projects. Their snow removal and ice dam services are especially exceptional. I've been using them since late summer, and it genuinely feels like having a professional property management team on call. Whenever something needs attention at my home, I know Ryan will respond quickly and get it done right. Most recently, I had a last minute emergency when nearly two feet of snow built up on my roof deck, creating a serious safety risk with a blizzard forecasted the next day bringing up to another two feet. Ryan stepped in immediately without hesitation and resolved the issue. He cleared the deck so well that I almost want to use it, even though it's freezing outside. Just as important, they're honest, fair, and transparent with pricing. There is real value in their work. They never overcharge, never push unnecessary services, and their work is absolutely worth every penny. Reliable, responsive, and consistently high quality. Marsinelli Yard Service is a company you can truly count on.

Second, the appointment, services, and planning tools (mainly via email) are super efficient, clear, and informative. And finally, they continue to put the customer first. I have had to make a special request or two over the years and they listened to the unique situations and were able to accommodate our property. It's a mess trying to sort out any sort of discussion. When the workers come to the house, they just trample your gardens and cut down flowers and bushes with no regard for anything. When there are branches or yard waste around the yard, they throw it in the trees or into the neighbors' yard. It's baffling how they have been so frequently recommended. I would not recommend them. They are way too expensive to be so careless and inconsiderate to your property - you can do much better if you shop around.
