DONT HIRE These people are extremely rude as well as cheap. Their workers should be questioned as well as the owner. I was harassed by the owners to the point I had to involve the police and get a lawyer and more security camera. They came yelling at my door and windows because they didn't like being told that you pick up stuff not just go around it and throw it somewhere else on the property as well as video from other owners of them doing it too. I have video of these people also breaking my window screen and have lied about replacing it and it's been broken since December 2021 and it's now 2022 ( I still have the broken screen). They violated my rights as an owner . Tried to tell us that we couldn't have cameras or pictures even if it's our security camera. Hopefully you have a good lawyer if your hiring these human. read more

On November 11 2016 at approximately 11am I was informed by our property manager and a barbuzzi guy that the rear window in my car was shattered. When I went out to inspect it I saw that they had already cleaned up the glass which I thought was odd. I called the police.. they took a report which included the observation " it looks like it was hit by a rock". When my husband left for work at 7:30am it wasn't broke and when my sister left at 9:00am it wasn't broke. The landscapers had been working using the high powered blowers and edge trimmers. I've since researched the velocity at which these machines blow and it depends on the model but it ranges from 180mph to 284mph...certainly enough to break a window if a rock is blown at it. We checked with insurance and our deductible would have went up so we decided to just have it fixed at our expense. I had never sued anyone and I just didn't want to hassle with it for 625.00. The right thing for Barbuzzi to do would have been to pay for it since there was simply no other way the window could have been broken. Fast forward to July 2017. I observed the landscapers blowing debris at other cars parked in our parking lot. I went down to talk with the on-site manager about being more careful. He was belligerent and rude. I reminded him that they broke my window last winter. His raised voice response was " if I really believed that that I would have sued him and ( this is important) I WOULD HAVE LOST". He was so confident in that statement. Incidently, one of my neighbors overheard him yelling at me and said that nobody should talk to another person like that. I filed a small claims case and I lost. I presented a solid case...the police report stating that it looks like a rock hit it, a report from the car repair shop stating" it looks like it was hit by a rock", video of the landscapers blowing debris at parked cars, the absence of any other explanation of how it could have happened....I still lost my case...their only defense was we didn't do it. It's interesting to note that our case was not heard by a judge..it was heard by an assistant that day which I thought was strange but not being familiar with the process I didn't really question it until I received the decision. Shame on you Barbuzzi. Accidents happen and when they do you're supposed to do the right thing. If you're considering using this company I wouldn't. There are many fine landscaping companies out there to choose from...why choose one that is like this, THUMBS DOWN!!! read more

These people can NOT park a truck to save their lives and their rudeness doesn't help... I went to pull out of my street and prior to doing that the big landscaping trucks pulled up as I was getting in my car and 2 guys got out of one of the trucks and literally watched me as I was struggling to see if cars were coming and didn't do anything about it or bother to move their vehicles and just stood there shaking their heads at me...I live on the corner of a side street and they thought it was ok to park both trucks sticking out past both corners of the road so I ended up having blocked street views on both sides and had to pull out while Hoping for the best. too bad they can't be more considerate of residents... honestly I'm really not one to write negative reviews but I really felt that this had to be addressed especially if it involves employees operating company vehicles... read more

It's too bad I've never had the pleasure of accessing Barbuzzi's landscaping services... I drive alongside a few of their trucks every morning on my way to work and the driving is so poor that I can't believe the law hasn't been involved. This morning was the last straw as one of the trucks came flying up on my left side and without a signal or even so much as a wave, barreled itself into my lane, nearly forcing me off the road on Lynn Shore Drive. I hope you operate your landscaping equipment at least marginally better than you drive, and that your manners with customers are better than your manners on the road. Remember when you drive a vehicle advertising your company that your driving is a reflection of your business. And it's a poor one. read more

I had some trenching that needed to be done in my back yard (for electrical cabling being laid down), and TJ and his crew did a great job. TJ was responsive, knowledgeable, and gave a fair cost estimate. They arrived promptly to complete the work, and found 1-2 issues during the process that they pointed out to me and helped me make a decision. This is the most disorganized company that I have ever dealt with. My neighbors and I hired Barbuzzi to plow our shared driveway last year. Come to find out 9 months later, after receiving our first invoice that he subcontracted some of the work out to another company he owns. Not a problem, if he was able to keep the invoices and plow/salt dates/times accurate, which he could not. We ended up paying twice when each of the companies came, sometimes within an hour of eachother. We all received multiple invoices with no rhyme or reason. Calls went un-returned or took months to respond. After paying what we thought was the final bill, another one arrived, 11 months later, after the summer had passed, asking for an additional $1200 from each of us. He claims to have made a mistake in the billing. We fired him and his company and went with someone honest. read more

As far as I can tell their rates are reasonable, though it has been a while since we compared their rates. Our condo picked Barbuzzi to plow this past winter. We thought we were paid up. Now 11 months later he comes up with additional "services" and the bill keeps growing. Do not hire this company, they are reckless and inaccurate in book keeping. Every time I reach out for an explanation the bill comes back larger.
