After having "Junior" Reyes Landscaping cut my lawn for a several years, he recently dumped me…read morebecause I had the nerve to complain about damage he & his men did to my property; namely cutting the leg off one of my lawn chairs (which was on a patio) the digging up of grass (because his men were so much of a hurry to get to their next property, they didn't care about mine - thus digging up areas of lawn to the soil). And the damage to perenial flowers pulled out of the ground. Junior is not a professional, he's a hacker not taking pride in his work-and doing damage and not taking responsibility for his damage. Also not keeping his word to return and fix his damage. His leaving me like this has caused much anguish, as most companies already have their customers for the season and cannot absorb another. I was always on time with my payments & feel I was taken advantage of-- Needless to say I give this company the lowest rating possible---a minus 0

When the installer, Axel, arrived, I asked him several times to verify the material, and he repeatedly confirmed the material was pressure-treated while on-site. The following day, a neighbor who is a contractor informed me that the panels installed are actually untreated pine. That has also been confirmed by Home Depot employee. I contacted Axel to request that he fulfill the original contract by installing the correct pressure-treated panels. While he acknowledged the discrepancy, he refused to rectify the situation. I will never hire Axel company again. The fence post is covered with a lot of mildew. Axel has used the cheapest materials.
