They informed me that they connected me to a loan forgiveness program etc., however, when I contacted my loan service provider in 2024 they said nothing is affiliated with my account. Very sketch. Plus as you can see on the email it's another program mentioned Save Plan etc. I recently got this email attached wanting more information. I responded saying I don't want their services anymore. I got a contact with Mike who works there and he confirmed me wanting close the case. I agreed and I said I also want a refund. He basically said I would not get a refund due to them "working" on my account. Then he told me my counselor there ( male individual) will contact me. I stated the person who helped me was a female. He stated she no longer works there. He then went back and forth from stating writing a request for refund to letting me know they will contact me the next day. None of which occurred. Take away: try to go directly to the source and seek support that way, as they may have options for your needs.
