They are practicing Social Distancing, so the fitting rooms are closed and there are directions on the floor, although some idiots are not always following instructions. Yes I am one of those idiots. Some times something shiny catches my eye and I totally get off track. My bad y'all. I found a nice white leather Wilson's purse, a white Vera Want bag and some Ralph Lauren shoes, but me feet and my fanny are apparently too damn big for shoes and clothes at this location. He didn't do anything but lay on the floor after we got home. It was almost like they didn't stitch or glue or anything to the incision. There is also excessive bruising all the way from his butt to his lower abdomen. My baby is miserable. I would never take another animal to their spay/neuter van. I ended up taking him to the emergency vet just 3 hours after I brought him home.

There were actually enough people to serve food and the rest of us talked with the families. We lucked out this time because we were actually a part of a birthday party. Rainbow village helps families who are escaping domestic violence situations, have fallen on hard times, and similar situations. It's a great organization that really needs its volunteers. We served dinner and also ate with the families. For this night, I helped in the nursery with some really cute babies. While we were watching the kids, the parents were taking classes to improve their situation. Another great place to spend some time. We volunteered on a Thursday night, which is a good alternative to the Saturday morning routine.

Rainbow Village is an incredible facility. It is brand-new and does a lot to help those who are in desperate need of housing clothing and food. There is also plenty of parking in the strip mall it's in…read more As with most thrift stores, the inventory can be hit or miss depending on the day so it might be a good idea to check back weekly for new finds. Some of the clothing and home goods looked kind of ratty but there were some good rather new items too. They do have 50% colored tags for the week so the item might be even cheaper! The home goods section also arranged items by colors which I thought was very fun. I don't see that in a lot of thrift stores. A loveseat couch was like $25 or $35 which was pretty crazy! I also picked up a Frye carrying case for $3 and it was new with tags!
