Took my cat to get neutered at their van and they left him with an open wound. He was dripping blood from his incision within a couple hours. He hadn't touched the incision site at all. He didn't do anything but lay on the floor after we got home. It was almost like they didn't stitch or glue or anything to the incision. There is also excessive bruising all the way from his butt to his lower abdomen. My baby is miserable. I would never take another animal to their spay/neuter van. A few days ago I took my pup in to be neutered. Their process is to have you drop your pet off at 7am and pick them up at a specified time. When you arrive in the morning someone goes over your paperwork ( completed online) to confirm everything is correct. Later in the day you receive your pets paperwork and an e-bill. When you arrive to pick up your pet an employee comes out to let you know what to expect et cetera. Everything they tell you is given to you in a report from your pet's visit. I brought my puppy here to get neutered and while he did do okay, I was pretty disappointed with the whole process. So to make an appointment for spay/neuter, you go online and reserve a time. You have the option of adding things on, such as nail trims, microchip, any vaccines. You get a confirmation email and then just show up according to the instructions. I guess with COVID, they're constantly changing things around. The instructions given aren't what happens at all. I arrived at 7, parked, and attempted to call to let them know I was there. No answer after multiple calls. The parking lot eventually fills up with other people who have appointments and someone finally comes out. We have to get in a single file line and wait as they go one by one to verify our appointments. Once they verify we have an appointment and the proper paperwork, we're instructed to get our dogs. Again, another wait in line with many other people. COVID what? It was just very disorganized and I felt like just a number. Once they brought my dog in, I was instructed to go home and check my email around 12. I got the email that only had payment instructions around 1. When I went to go pick up my dog, again we were told to call to let them know we were there, but again, no answer on the phone. To wait in the car or to wait outside again? Who knew. Turns out, one of the staff members was giving post-op instructions to people who were outside. So they got to get their dogs first while the rest of us had to wait and then get in line again. When it was finally my turn to pick up my dog, I was allowed to go in the back with them to get him. A lady directed us to where my dog was, but she was wrong and didn't really know where he was. Good thing I know what my dog looks like. For any post-op needs, you're instructed to consult your vet. I was given post-op pain meds, my dog was fitted for a cone ($10 extra), and done. I get that this is a lower cost spay/neuter clinic, but it saddens me how impersonal the staff are with the animals that they're treating and caring for. I was surprised how disorganized they are, considering they clearly do this often and with so many dogs. If you can't afford the hundreds that the vets charge for a spay/neuter, then your dog would be safe going here. I mean it is a pretty routine procedure. But would I personally come next time with another dog? Probably not. read more

A relative and I have also had generous help with super low-cost spay and neutering of feral cats in a relative's neighborhood. The only drawback is distance. Wish there were a branch near my area in northern Georgia. So I was super scared to get my little man his neuter surgery. I scheduled the day after Christmas, and had to be there bright and early by 7 am for drop off. You walk in and leave your puppy in the car until you complete registration. Afterwards they send you back outside and call your name to come back in. They do have extra services you can add and very reasonable prices. Neutering was only $70 and microchip $20. I was so nervous when I left and waited those 6 hours. But they say If they don't call all is well. They did call me right around pick up which is about 2:30 that the surgery went well and come pick him up. Once I arrived they gave me information for post-surgery. I must say they did an awesome job and he's recovering well. read more

I'd like to update that I changed my review from a 1 star to a 4 star. I was really happy with how quickly they called to check in on him and they didn't make me pay for him to be rechecked even though I was still nervous after everything. I had a second vet check him as well and his only concern was the type of meds they were giving him. I'd like to clarify they explained they cannot sew the outer skin but they do stitch them up internally (I think) is how they explained it. I'd advise them to better educate pet parents on what to expect. Jacquline was the one who was helping me so if you ever have any issues I'd recommend asking for her as she was very kind and helpful. For her I'd give 5 stars but the initial experience is why I left off one star. Do NOT come here. They neuter dogs like they castrate cattle - meaning they slice them open and don't even bother to stitch up the incision. They leave it as an open wound. They also sliced a dogs foot open because they do not know how to handle scared pets and then stitched the bottom of the paw. They did NOT wrap the dog's paw and instead made it walk, bleeding, onto the hot pavement then tried to force the girl who owned the dog to pay for their error. They ALSO lost my friend's cat. Collected her cat then 20 minutes later came out asking for her again. Wouldn't tell my friend where they took her or when they found her. They are irresponsible and do not treat animals like loved pets. I'd never recommend them. Yes their services are cheaper but it's not worth your dogs well-being to save $$. I'd like to update they called and apologized and asked to rectify the situation so we shall see. read more

I took my dog to this place to get spayed and within 4 days she was undergoing emergency surgery to repair the damage they caused. She had a severe surgical site infection and two out of three layers of her sutures failed. The ER visit to fix these issues was another 1,000 dollars. We were assured by the ER vet that she was taken to that an infection this serious was caused by improper sterile practices during the original surgery. Additionally, my dog was discharged 4 hours prior to when it was planned and only 2 hours after her surgery began. This early discharge meant she was almost completely sedated still and could hardly walk or stay awake for more than a moment. Other vets heard this and said this was an irresponsible practice that could have been very dangerous. Overall, don't go here for the cheap option because you'll pay in the long run to fix their mistakes. read more

I love the ladies that work here! They go above and beyond every time and always are attentive to your pets specific needs. Personally my dogs are challenging but they had both of them more relaxed by the end of the visit.
