Instead of creating a supportive learning environment, his approach often felt intimidating. There were multiple instances where he used what came across as scare tactics toward students . Threatening to send home, raising his voice, insisting making examples out of people, telling students they don't want to see Drill Sergeant Vaughn, and creating unnecessary pressure rather than actually helping anyone improve. Learning is already stressful with it being nights and some students have work schedules, but this kind of environment makes it worse. Instead of deescalating, it felt like students were hesitant to speak up out of fear of being singled out. That's not how a classroom should operate, especially in a program where people are trying to build skills and confidence. Beyond that, communication and overall organization at the school didn't help much either. It often felt like concerns weren't taken seriously, and there wasn't much effort to address the environment being created.

Was told he would be working with owner to improve his skills because and i quote "Tulsa welding school sucks and any welders that come out of there, can't pass a welding test to get hired". Well as of today he has yet to weld for this company . Used as a grunt to cut pipe EVERY SINGLE DAY. Has not welded once with his new job in 7 months, that he was hired as a WELDER for!!!!!

At first I was very excited to learn but as we continue our "education" we realized that we are on our own! I will start with the instructor: very unprofessional . If you ask him a question, he won't give you an answer! All he's able to say is " read your book". So if you are confused on something, you will be confused until you finish the Course cuz he's no help! Also, he did not cover the main points of this whole course! He didn't even explain what the single and transaction agencies are! Duhhhh!! The most important part is that he talked more about his personal life , cooking , been some weird agent in the navy, fishing , rather than the real estate topic. At this point I realized that he should've been a cook and not a real estate instructor because he really suck at this! The classroom is a mess! Not sure the last time it's been cleaned. The floors are covered in garbage , doors are dirty .. yuck.. and the grossest thing was that in the 2 weeks we were there, he never took the trash out. And we are not talking about a tiny garbage can, we are talking about a 50 gallon garbage bin full of crap and food for 2 weeks:/ after week one the room smelled bad! We actually mentioned it to him but he didn't even bother to take care of it. Very lazy, unprofessional and likes to intimidate people! He should not be teaching!

I enjoyed the class this was my second time in a real estate class and the 1st one was online with…read moreno instructor to help in front of us so it was tough but with the instructor to guide you it is much better. There is alot of reading to be done and the instructor AL made it clear we need to study to pass. I passed with an 80. Just know you need to do your due diligence and and listen to AL and you will be fine.
