He arrived promptly, was very friendly, went above and beyond to make sure each job was done to the highest standards, and answered all my questions. I live in a home that's going to need some TLC and elbow grease and I will absolutely be calling him again to handle everything I can't (or don't want to) do myself. Do not hire him. It's hard to get him to show up. He wanted advance money to do my baseboards. I…read moregave him $200. He came and measured (we were his helper to measure the baseboards btw). This was on a Friday. He was supposed to buy baseboards over the weekend and paint them and then install on Monday. It lightly snowed on Monday and he didn't show up. Then Tuesday came and he didn't show up and wouldn't answer texts either. He said he was gonna show up on Wednesday. When I confirmed again, he said it was too stressful and he wasn't gonna do the job and kept the $200. Bad faith dealing. I wanted to give him a chance despite his bad reviews but he totally messed up and kept the $200. He said that was the price for measuring! Do not hire him and save yourself a lot of anguish. Farshad visited our home to provide an estimate on some exterior work we need done. He was frank,…read moreand seemed disinterested, when we said we were seeking the best price & value for our work. He said his company is more expensive than others, and his staff speaks English. We asked for an estimate for some work, and advised we were going to get a few others. He said to show him the other estimates and then he would consider if he could beat their prices and do the work. He said his company is very busy, and selective about the jobs they choose. I think he was just looking for $$$. He never sent an estimate, and when I followed up with him about it, he said, "I thought you were going to send me the other estimates, so I could see if we could beat their price." I think he wasted our time, and felt we wasted his. I did not think this was good customer service at all. Their work may be great, but you cannot be so dismissive to potential customers.
