Small hiccup truck was a little small but they ended up bringing an additional van to get the extra items. Idk what we would have done without them! They moved us from Sacramento to San Jose in 1 day which would have taken me a few days and cost me my back and few days of missing work! They even help take apart furniture items and put them back together at the new house! They even take down tv's and mounts and even helped hang the large tv. They even put the items into the rooms they go into even up stairs! Well worth the money and time saved! My wife loved it as she was able to tend to our 2 children 1 years old and 6 years old while the moving went on. Will use them again in the future and highly recommend them to all my friends and family!

I saw these movers moving someone else out of my building a week before I decided to call them, I…read morehave always used Two Men and A Truck but thought I'd give them a shot. Availability was open and not a problem, I scheduled to move my 2 bedroom apartment on Friday from Sacramento to Granite Bay. I tried to make everything as easy as I could for the movers everything was in boxes and all boxes were labeled to which room they should go to at the new home. Movers around at the time frame given which was 9:30-10 AM. They showed up in a smaller box truck which I knew from the beginning wasn't going to fit everything. When I called to make this appointment I told them I had a 2 bedroom apartment with a bunk bed and a bed 2 dressers 3 vanities a sectional couch and 40 boxes then misc items. I showed them everything and told them I had to go to work if they needed me to please reach out. The movers were very communicative and would send me photos and updates or ask questions about what should go where, but it threw me off because when the move was finished and I arrived at my new home everything was in the living room. A few random boxes and other items were in the bedrooms but nothing was out where I asked. Not a big deal I'll handle it I'm just happy they moved everything for me. But here is when I started to get disappointed. Let's back up a little, I mentioned the truck would be to small and of course it was they mentioned they would have to go back to do a second trip I said ok no problem. When they went back for a second trip he grabbed a few items and left the rest and asked me If I could just go get it myself. I'm thinking ok maybe it's just a few items no problem I'm sure they're tired. No.... I went to the apt the next day and it took me 2 trips In my Escalade to get the rest of the things and I still have to go back to get one more box that didn't fit in my car. Then, now back at new house I'm putting everything away I'm missing a box from my kitchen with my blender and a whole bunch of others items it's 100% not in this house not at the old apt. We go to put up our tvs and every single tv is missing the screws that connect the tv to the wall mounts not the screws that go into the wall but the screws that mount the tv to the mounts, EVERY SINGLE ONE! Then my main living room tv remote is gone it was in the side table next to the couch and now it's gone and I have to buy a new one. I'm not terribly mad but it's just annoying, I know they work hard and it's not an easy job but I've never had to go back myself to get the "rest" or had things missing. Again I appreciate the movers and tipped them still but I probably won't be using them again. This move felt like more of a headache than a smooth transition like the past moves we've done. I tried to reach out to let them know and it just seems like they were more worried about stating they should have charged me more than trying to fix the problems. At the end of the day if they brought a bigger truck I feel like none of these problems would have happened. Also I've been asking for my missing box and if they know where the remote is, no response. ‍

Hello, This is Frances Flores, we used your services…read morerecently to make our move. We have been working on unpacking at our new house. I noticed that most of my kitchen tools were missing. We contacted our old landlord to request to go back to the old place to see if anything was left there. We found that one of the bathrooms was not packed or moved. Also, the kitchen had several cabinets and drawers were not packed. Why would a packer pack old takeout container when it's obviously garbage? But then not pack what is obviously needs to be packed? I don't get it. Maybe a lot more training is needed? When packed these things up, it ended being a truckload of my bathroom and kitchen items. On a scale of 1-10 I can only give 3, cuz the things that were left there was very expensive. Your service could have cost me more money to replace the items that were left there. I didn't notice what happened until a week later. After I gave the 3 boys a $40 tip each. Live and learn, and you get what you pay for I guess... NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE, don't waste your money here.

These guys were great!…read more I don't understand some of the negative reviews because everything went smoothly for me. From the time I booked the appt to the time the actual move date (yesterday) occurred, I couldn't have asked for anything more. Steve, the owner, answered all of my questions up until the move date. I asked that his men (3 of them) contact me 30 min prior to arrival to make sure I was home and not walking my dogs; they did. I asked specifics if his men would help me disassemble my bed which was very heavy and if they would help shrink wrap a good portion of the furniture. They did and more; some of my very expensive high-priced furniture was wrapped carefully with the blankets I supplied. Another piece of furniture had so much glass and mirrors that Antonio painfully tore up (by hand) a bunch of extra shipping cardboard I had on hand (we didn't have any box cutters - it was all packed) to pad and secure the many mirrors and glass in the china buffet. I felt so bad that he was doing this for me but he did it graciously and with a smile. They worked efficiently to empty out a 4700 sq ft home in 4.25 hrs and to the storage facility that was 5 miles away). I was so impressed by their ethics, professionalism, willingness, service and most of all, efficiency. I watched them shrink wrap several pieces of furniture in minutes! I was in awe and amazement. I told them what took them minutes was 1/2 hr for me. DEFINITELY book your move with these folks. I can't say enough of how good they are. Steve was the person who answered by questions by text or email and the 3 guys that helped empty my home were: Antonio (he's the guy that did the administrative duties and mover) Damien (mover and driver) Luis (mover) Definitely ask for these movers to move your belongings. They were all very careful when wrapping and moving my furniture.

This is actually why I used them, I was extremely blown away that when I requested a quote at 10 PM, they reached out to me within 10 minutes. Michael was super respectful, and very accommodating for scheduling the walk-through around my rotating shift work schedule. They did not give me the cheapest price, but as advertised, they matched the lower price. The only thing slightly weird with this whole part of the process was Michael asked to raise the price to include a tip for his guys (seemed weird tipping before the move). All in all, I would give them a 4 out of 5 for the Pre-Move aspect of the move. The Move: I get a text saying they are going to be slightly later than the expected start time of 9:30. I am not always punctual myself, so no problem there. Michael shows up around 09:45 by himself with the truck. He informs me some of his guys are having car trouble and will be a little later, once again no issue from me. Michael began to pack the truck himself (which was pretty impressive). The movers didn't actually show up until a little after 10:30 (~1hr late). The movers were actually really hard working and a ton of them showed up, so the move itself went pretty quick. The problems I had were they had me disassemble some furniture that didn't need to be disassembled (and lost the hardware to put it back together), wouldn't take certain items like pictures (a blessing in disguise since they probably would have broken), leaving the t.v.s which they said they would make a 2nd trip for, and about 2 pickup truck's worth of stuff that they were told to take but "forgot." Once the truck was packed, Michael had to do another walk-through (completely understandable) but because he took the vehicle, not all the movers could fit in the truck, so I was asked to drive them to the new house to unload. The unload was pretty uneventful and went relatively quickly. The only thing of note was that the handles on a dresser were broken off, which I appreciated them telling me. Despite being very late and breaking dresser knobs and a few plastic bins I still gave them a tip for hard work. Afterwards: It took a few days to unpack and found quite a few things broken Keurig, Glassware, and picture frames to name a few. I reached out to Michael and instead of offering to pay for a % of the items (as was in contract!) or even simply offering an apology, I was ghosted.
