It was a really hard time and I had a lot of family issues to work out. I called here and the receptionist answered the phone and got me scheduled after making sure sessions would be covered, and calling me back with all the info on copays and coverage which I thought was really nice. My first appointment was with Dr. Hovsepian and I knew right away this office was a good place. She was awesome and I really liked her: warm, caring, and listened carefully and helped me figure out answers as to where I needed to go from there. I was initially bummed when she recommended I begin working with Dr. Giglio, another one of the doctors, however that disappointment was short lived and I understood her recommendation as soon as I met Dr. Giglio. From the first session, I felt that Dr. Giglio knew exactly what I needed. She listened and understood me. She is very caring and understanding. I learned so much about myself through her. She supported me, gave me practical skills to apply, and got me through some of the hardest times. Every time I walked out I had more confidence. I feel I owe a lot to this place. I now have skills and understanding of my thoughts and emotions. If you need help with any issue you will be well taken care of here.

The person answering the phone lied when…read moreI originally phoned to ask if they do Ketamine treatment management she said they don't, very vaguely and acted like she never heard of ketamine, and I said I must have called the wrong number and she said, yes. I then phoned back the hospital to say I had the wrong number, they called the number they had originally given to me and verified it was correct so I called back. I got the same person and started in again pretending she had no idea what I was talking about. I asked her why was she doing that. She wouldn't answer. I explained that the doctor's office gave me their number and confirmed with her that they do ketamine and asked for her name because she was so shady. She would not give it to me and hung up on me. I called back several times, asking her to speak to someone in charge, and asking for her name, and why she's behaving in an unprofessional manner. She would not budge and kept hanging up on me. I was hoping to get another person to answer the phone, but it was her each time. Finally, she gave me her name "Alex" which I don't believe is true. I then called back the hospital and told them not to refer anybody to them because of her unprofessionalism. Shocking behavior from someone administering psychiatric medication. The hospital has been notified of her treatment.

She was diagnosed with bipolar years prior and we wanted to make sure she got proper treatment. I never met him cause she was an adult when she went to him and she was too busy to research doctors at that time she was still in school and working. She liked him at first then was indifferent to him and just had to go to get her necessary psyche meds that they held hostage until we spent $160-180 every telemed five minute meeting for. She had complained about their policies a few times and I urged her to look to other doctors bc I wasn't sure she had the right meds based in what I saw in her moods and he didn't seem to listen to her. Weeks ago I reached out twice to him because I saw an escalation in her behavior and moods. I know they can't discuss her with me but even a simple reply that they heard me would've been helpful. We were scared for her but she was an adult so we had little control. She did escalate badly and we went down to help her after several serious red flags and she was eventually hospitalized after bringing her in to be evaluated at the ER. When she needed him most after her psyche ward hospitalization after another manic episode and psychosis which led to the ER doctors keeping her on involuntary hold, he seemed to mock us for it and doubt her bipolar Diagnosis (didn't even get the clinical notes yet from her hospitalization and wasn't interested in what us parents experienced) After going through hell with our daughter she wanted us to join her telemed appt because she knew she was sick and knew we needed to talk to Dr H but all he did was interrupt us, second guess us, tell her to cut off communication with us and now she hasn't spoken to us in five days because she is still recovering from a huge ordeal and vulnerable and she was ready to get aftercare treatment until she spoke with him and convinced her to basically break up with her parents who he doesn't know AT ALL! He has no clue what we've gone through with our daughter. She's really good at manipulating things when she's well. He had a job- to diagnose and give meds and he added another job, interfere and turn our vulnerable daughter against us, the only ones who have truly had her best interest at heart! Saying we were bad for her mental health. Well no, her substances and denial and enabling friends and this doctor are bad for her mental health. We were just trying to desperately save our daughter who went through Another really bad mental breakdown and this Dr crossed a line and set her back

Dr. Bresnick took the time to listen carefully to my history, asked detailed questions, and completed a thorough evaluation. He also communicated with me promptly after the evaluation and made himself available if my VA providers have any questions regarding the report. Throughout the process, I felt that he genuinely cared about helping me and treated me with professionalism and respect. The Gottman method made focusing on any root problems very easy for us. We didn't come into this with any major trauma/issue so doing the surveys initially made us realize where we're doing really great, and where we could probably use some help on improving. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00am today. Immediately contacted them at 9 something that I wouldn't be unable to make it, because I was going to be at the ER or my grandmother. The office waited until 11:30 to charge me a late fee which isn't a late fee but a penalty because the late fee is equal to their services, $200. After a contentious call about why I couldn't show up, this is their response, see attached photo. Now I will have to dispute this charge with the CC company. Services are not worth it, predatory pricing and predatory late fees. I will also report this business to the BBB. Have a great day Jeffery! Also, shame on me for not checking the reviews of this place. I thought my experience with predatory billing was isolated, but it seems to be their business practice. Sorry to other persons seeking to better their presoanl life and had the unfortunate experience of coming accoss this place. Dana M. Response is a complete misrepresentation of the facts of my account and an attempt at defaming my character. The unpaid late fee, singular, was due to the fact that I am currently studying for the bar and a fee, again singular, which they made a business decision to waive on their own accord. But like I said, the retaliatory and predatory billing practices conducted on behalf of this business is not an isolated event as you can read other comments of prior clients that account the same experience. The lack of professionalism and attempt to shift blame and charge me not withstanding my unquie circumstances speaks volumes to type of business this is. Hopefully the continued low reviews will urge you and your staff to make systematic business changes.

I didn't know much about TMS before speaking with Dr. Wycoff, and with how severe my symptoms were, I was willing to try anything at that point. It was one of those things that sounded too good to be true, but my results have been absolutely life changing! I don't know how I was even functioning before going through TMS. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I had Kristiana as my treater and she was amazing! I actually looked forward to going to TMS everyday and getting to chat with her and watch our show. I also have Dr. Fanous as my psychiatrist, and it's nice having someone that actually listens and understands. I highly recommend coming here for treatment!

I discovered Dr. Hubbard's practice while searching for a TMS clinic following a recommendation…read morefrom my therapist for TMS as a new means for treating my longstanding depression and anxiety. Not only did they prove to be the most ideal in terms of distance away, but they also turned out to be one of the most effective TMS clinics in the state. They proved this latter claim by my own fantastic experience undergoing TMS treatments under their effective and supportive care. I was first assessed by Dr. Wycoff (and her lovely dog) and we discussed my background with depression and anxiety. She determined that TMS would be an excellent option for me to utilize after my previous experiences with treatments that were limited to only traditional psychiatric drug-based approaches. A week later I was further assessed by Dr. Hubbard himself who confirmed that I would be an excellent candidate for TMS treatment. Within a few days, my whole treatment plan was scheduled and it began with an initial mapping and the first TMS treatment. Marissa was my TMS technician throughout the entire 36 treatment long process. She was new to the treatment process but she learned quickly under the tutelage of other TMS technicians and I consider myself lucky to have been her first patient. Quickly, TMS treatment became just another part of my regular routine each weekday. I'd say hello to the front desk, fill out my mood questionnaire in the waiting room, and be led to the treatment room by Marissa where we'd chat during the simple and painless treatment process. Before I had started TMS therapy, I had tried talk therapy, psychiatric medication, intensive outpatient programs, and more. But after only a few weeks of not feeling much change through TMS treatment, I began to feel the weight of my depression and anxiety slowly lift off my shoulders. The symptoms of both conditions continued to decrease to the point where I was able to handle a difficult process of seeking, interviewing for, and eventually finding a new job. All the way, I had Marissa in my corner as a stable and encouraging figure as we both navigated the TMS treatments and updates on my job search. Within no time at all, I had reached the half-way check-in point and had only good things to report about my experience with TMS. My daily mood questionnaires also showed that my symptoms were improving over time. I continued throughout the second-half of the TMS therapy process and then shifted into the "taper off" period of the treatment within a few weeks of my half-way check-in. That meant I only had to make it to treatment on every other day for the final two weeks of TMS therapy. And finally, I reached the end of my TMS therapy just as I had accepted an offer for a new job. It was an emotional and mental boon to have TMS throughout the job search process. And I felt ready to enter a new chapter of my life with my depression and anxiety now in check after years of struggling against them. I visited with Dr. Wycoff again a month after my treatment ended and had the chance to say thank you to Marissa and the rest of the staff. I highly recommend Dr. Hubbard's practice for anyone interested in pursuing TMS as a means to finally get their depression and anxiety under control.
