He called me this morning and suggested that I was 100+ days late on a $127 payment. He neglected to look at my account or he would have seen that I am on a 6-month payment plan that they arranged with me and that I have faithfully paid on time. Mistakes happen and that's fine, but David the owner refused to acknowledge his mistake and kept restating that the payment was "1/2 a year late" and acting like the payment plan that his business offered was some sort of charity instead of a business tool. The conversation with the owner just spiraled downward from there. He was condescending and aggressive. He kept talking over me and seemed really unable to grasp why someone who had been paying their bill on time would be annoyed to get an abrasive collection call. He ultimately hung up on me. I called back and spoke to the front office manager Jasmine, who was lovely, patient, and professional. She seemed to understand exactly what was going on and tried to smooth things over. As a result of my conversation with her, I decided to wait before writing this review, The owner called me back this evening under the auspices of apologizing for hanging up on me, but then just relaunched into another tirade about how I was to blame because "I" shouldn't have made a big deal out of his rudeness? Honestly, I was really ready to let this go, but this guy was out of control, talking over me, asking me questions like "OH, SO YOU'VE NEVER MADE A MISTAKE SHERYL?" His behavior was condescending, rude and frankly BIZARRE. What is really upsetting about all of this, is that I was truly a fan of this company. I like Jasmine a lot and the technicians that came to my house were great guys who did a terrific job, I had recommended this business to my neighbors on more that one occasion. I can't believe that this owner would burn down this relationship by being so incredibly unprofessional. I have 7 months left on my contract with them and I sincerely hope that if there is a problem I can rely on Durmo to take care of it, but I am not sure at this point. As soon as the contract is expired, I will take my business elsewhere. The bottom line is this. We vote with our dollars. There is no way I will continue to do spend my hard-earned money with someone who treated me like garbage

And, the owners (Brianna and Jeremy) are good people who are doing business the right way--care about the customer and long-term. Their business may be relatively new, but they come with decades of experience in the HVAC business at larger companies (and have very experienced, quality installers). After 20+ years, our heat pump stopped working and it was time for a replacement. Another local company who was a referral gave a quote that was so high that it was laughable. So, I gathered other quotes, and All In Heating and Air was almost the cheapest (very close 2nd--and over $4K cheaper than the first company's quote for the same system), first to respond, transparent, and included complimentary perks. And, there was absolutely NO upselling. They provided me with the range of quotes I requested (from 14 SEER to 18 SEER systems), but then actually discouraged me from the more expensive system (which I knew was probably overkill for what I needed but refreshing to have Jeremy also confirm). Everything was seamless and done well--from the quote details, communication, financing options (I had my own financing, but they had even better options), and installation--on time, finished early, careful, and everything worked correctly (and they even registered the product). I highly recommend All In Heating and Air for any of your HVAC needs (and you'll enjoy interacting with pleasant, good people who are local small business owners, which is a cherry on top).

They were able to meet my schedule, arrived promptly on time, and worked tirelessly following a 3-week repair project due to a water leak that cracked ceiling due to heaviness of insulation. Having had to go through the 3-week project which left dust and small flecks of fiberglass insulation, it was a pleasure to have everything cleaner than before. Eddie tickled me when he explained, in cleaning my French doors (frame, windows and seals), he couldn't stand the way the outside windows weren't cleaned, so he walked onto porch and cleaned the outside (not part of the contract). That was PROOF that Eddie takes pride in what he and his team's work and progress. I recommend NOLA Elite Cleaning to anyone on the northshore (I live in Hammond), and they also cover the southshore.
