Ms. Brittany was right on top of it - she got me sorted, got my truck registered, and even set me up with a new license while I was there. I want to note clearly: she had absolutely nothing to do with the old man's face on the license picture! I was "next" in the virtual queue for 20 minutes! (The queue said 1 minute). This was after waiting an hour. At 1130 each person left one by one for lunch after finishing with their customer. It was excruciating. The service was good as always but they really should only take one at a time. On the positive side is they have a good virtual queue with good updates and once they get to you they take care of business. For reference, I ran into a traffic issue when driving through the New Orleans area. A quick Google search made it clear that it's fairly routine to be able to convert a moving violation into a non-moving violation and well worth it in the long run, but you need someone was knows how to work the system. While there is a large online presence of other lawyers, I did my own research to find a lawyer I felt comfortable with. I highly recommend him.
