Went back to shop for help and they accused me of altering the battery after purchase, which I did not do (and don't know how to do). I requested product info so I could contact manufacturer and they couldn't find it (serial number/purchase info/anything). In fact, this shop stopped selling these batteries due to issues. They refunded my purchase and BANNED me from the store. I don't think I've been to a more screwed up shop in my life. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere for your vaping needs.
