Surprised I never reviewed the Smoke Inn in Pompano. I am not what you'd call a regular, but I do frequent this spot once ever few months. And like most Smoke Inns, two things are clear, a good variety of premium cigars and a good group of people. Their lounge is awesome, they have a bar area which has water and soda. Imagine any name brand cigar, some boutique, and a whole lot of extra. 2 flat screens, dominos, basically a man cave. Everything you could want. Combine that with leather sofas and chairs and you have the perfect cigar experience. Parking is decent, but make sure you use your GPS, because although it has decent signage you could pass it 20 times and not notice it. There are food options and breweries close by if you'd like to make a day or night of it. read more

This is my favorite humidor for a couple of different reasons. 1. Knowledgeable staff. 2. Good vibes. 3. Great humidor, massive selection for all palates. Cuz has more energy than everyone I know. He's a good guy and attempts to find something great to fit your palate. Haven't seen my buddy Charlie in a minute but he's a great guy. Very laid back and a good listener. Overpriced is one thing but crappy stale old hard and overpriced takes first place at the bottom. Ive noticed the quality of cigars from this outlet going down for some time but today I was floored by the age and condition of the 2 Romeo and Juliet torpedo's that I bought for $22.90! The humidor was closed to the public because of the virus so the salesman handpicked my cigars and I drove home. When I went to put them into my humidor I found the plastic wrappers discolored, yellow, from age and they were ROCK HARD. I drove back and requested refund because I no longer trusted the quality from here and was told "we don't give refunds you can have a store credit". After a long I discussion I requested to speak to the owner ABE. A few phone calls later I was able to speak to him and he refused to give me a refund saying he didn't care how I felt about it there is NO REFUND and that was that. I left the crappy cigars and took a gift card to pass on. Bottom line is there are many great cigar stores around so don't get stuck like I did. BAD CIGARS, BAD BUSINESS read more

Good spot. 1st time there met "E" who works there. Nice guy and knowledgeable. A real cigar smoker and was good to talk with. Met a patron who is a regular and I now know his whole life story and his family's story. :-) Really nice guy. Selection of smokes was good and they were in good shape. I don't smoke often, maybe a couple occasions a year, and I decided to pick up a cigar from this place instead of a big retail store like ABC. I was intimidated beforehand, since I'm still new to cigar culture, and upon going in saw a really cool lounge with a group of older men smoking. The employee was an older gentlemen sitting in front of the lounge. My past experiences with these kinds of places is usually the shopworker getting annoyed when asked questions or even talked to, but this place was completley different. The clerk was very helpful and knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions with genuine interest in simply talking about cigars. You could tell he loved everything about them. I felt welcomed, and although I don't buy a cigar often, when I do, it will be this place for sure. read more
