Their kratom tea is very weak I don't recommend I recommend the vape shop on 441 between Atlantic and Rock Island I recommend the green endo it's a little more expensive but it's 10 times better than Green manga and if you find out what that means it's like it talks about how it's pimp grade that there's no strength to it at all I wasted so much money here and I'm trying to save others from doing the same thing she overcharged me on purpose it was not an accident she said it came to $17 I said okay take $10 off my credit card and then I gave her a $50 bill and she gave me $17 and change back that's $20 not 17 and of course I never got a receipt I'm moving on and will never stop here again especially if I have to drink five tablespoons of their tea compared to two tablespoons at the other vape shop that tells you there's no strength in their stuff everything else might be okay but their kratom sucks totally sucks thank you read more

Grateful I'd had the best selection of high quality hands down. Their prices are reasonable and the customer service is excellent. You tell them what you are looking for and they help by pulling out pieces of the inventory. You are free to browse as well. Great store! read more

Grateful J's in the Margate location is small but has some decent items. The service is usually nice but have had better. I try to go there and just find deals which is rare cause they're definitely overpriced. Decent shop can't complain about much.. I've found glass pieces that were better and cheaper in gas stations, but that doesn't take away from some of the quality pieces Grateful J has. If you are in the area and in a need for some papers or small pipes then I would definitely stop in. Might find something worth the trip. read more

It is a nice vape shop but not all Grateful J's stores are the same. The Margate store has limited stock and carries only certain brands/items: I had to go to another vape store to get the product that I needed. It's too bad because the Margate store is closer to my home but the staff can only sell what they have in inventory; you can't blame them for that. I would suggest that each store carries the same stuff or close to it. My 91 year old Dad is a grateful dead fan... well that covers me for his next birthday present. read more

Great place. They have a pretty decent amount of pieces to choose from. The ppl there are knowledgeable and friendly. They always have parking there in front of the store. I wish the Jamaican place next door opened on Sundays. The store hours are pretty decent. It's always open on the days I happen to need them. If you give them your phone number they send you a text message so you can receive a 10% discount the next time you go on. read more

you can find many useful items at grateful jays but many items here are very overpriced.I would suggest that you shop around at other smokeshops so you can see what I am talking about besides that they have some pretty cool pieces here if you got the Flow. read more

Buyer beware although they do have nifty things use caution when buying. Especially pertaining to vapor items. They will not return, exchange anything. Brought a vapor pen, was not working properly and was told at time of purchase that within 30 days with receipt could bring back. I get there and this " kid " ( who was rude ) says well I gotta try it first to see the issue , so he takes a few puffs and then " Mr tough guy" says well I see no issue, can't help you. So now they are troubleshooting experts? I am a regular and have learned now 2 lessons. They have rude staff who thinks they know it all, and don't let them lie to you on any purchase that they will exchange within 30 days cause that's a lie. Very disappointed and now on hunt for new vapor shop. read more

Buyers warning of this place, they lie to justify their high price inflated profit, my girlfriend & I went to get a pipe & a grinder, their prices was unrealistically so high, way higher than any smoke shop in the area, the employees were so arrogant & very rude, they were so snobby & looked down on us as if we were trash, when we questioned the $50 price of a simple grinder, they rudely justified that it is made in America & is not Chinese cheap made, when we left the store & we opened the bag in the car while still in the parking lot, we saw the stamp of made in China, we went back not even moments later to return it, they were so vulgar & refused to give us our money back, worst, that it was so cheaply made that it broke in the 2nd use, we went to another shop in the area who told us that this grinder cost wholesale $5 & that Grateful J jack up the price 10 times & rip off customers & lie falsely claiming that all their products made in America. shame on you grateful J, we will never go back, there is a lot of other stores who is more honest. read more
