TLDR: They sell tampered products and will not give a refund…read more On June 21, 2026, I purchased a dietary supplement called Active MGM Blend for $85.59. Immediately after leaving the store, I opened the product and observed that the safety seal had already been broken. Upon inspecting the contents, I discovered that the bottle did not contain the advertised supplement. Instead, it contained m&ms. I immediately returned to the store and informed an employee of the issue. To document the situation, I took photographs inside the store while the employee was holding the bottle. The employee then checked another bottle of the same product from store inventory and observed what appeared to be the same issue. The employee advised me that only the manager could authorize a refund and instructed me to return the following day. The next day, I returned to the store and spoke with the manager. I explained that I had purchased a product with a broken safety seal and contents that were not the advertised supplement. The manager refused to provide a refund or otherwise resolve the issue. When I expressed concern that the situation was serious and asked whether anything would be done about it, the manager laughed. I have contacted corporate to see if they'll do anything. Will update...

I made the purchase with no issues and left the store. I opened it the following day Monday 4/13. I removed the papers and took a draw, nothing... Tried again, nothing... I went to the store and asked for a replacement due to mine being defective. The employee denied me and I asked to reach out to a manager, 40 minutes later after being told multiple times, I came back on Tuesday 4/14. They said the manager was not in and they would be back the following morning 4/15, I went to the store, asked for the manager and she explains that I left the store and it can't be exchanged. You got the bad end of the stick, she says... This is really disappointing as I am now the one who lost money, the store could have went to the Manufacturer, made an exchange, took care of the customer but that is not what they do, they offer a discount off of a new product (so they still make more money) and say, it's just policy. I understand policy, I understand people scamming people out of goods or services but when you can look into a customers account due to them inputting the phone number in their system, they should be able to see and take care of a returning customer. My only comment is not to go to this smoke shop, they don't care nor want to care.

Perhaps that may be why they were priced at 3 for $30? I supppose 1-2 functional products out of 3 isn't terrible, but this happened not once, rather twice. In both instances, the devices also appeared to overheat and pose somewhat of a safety risk (health, potentially explosive, etc). ‍ I'd highly recommend trying to product prior to leaving the facility - hopefully they would be willing to assist and ensure customers are not left with defunct products (if they'd like them to return). Overall, would recommend but do your research, ask questions, and test products prior to leaving the building.

I needed some more sage to burn for cleansing my home and using it in herbal remedies. (Sage is such a magical herb that is very versatile. If you're not familiar with it just look it up and find out how this herb can help you too.) Their sage bundles are huge and the cost is very reasonable. I got 3 bundles because I just knew how quickly I'd be going through it. Sage smells so good. They have all your smoke needs, from pipes, to wrappings, the sachets to store your herbs, to incense to fill your space with some lovely aroma and vibes. (I love lighting incense when I'm meditating.) And they have many, many different scents to choose from. They also have oils for adorning your skin. I'm looking forward to making another visit soon, time to restock.

I haven't experienced many of the issues other people have stated. I have purchased roughly 5 different vapes over the last 6 years from the smok brand and now the geek vape brand. The whole time I've used their house made juice as it tastes better in my opinion than the retail juices I've tried. They tend to have a softer flavor profile and aren't harsh compared to off the shelf saltnic juice. To be completely honest there are certain employees that I prefer to make my juice over others simply because when you're used to 2 or 3 flavors for 6 straight years you get very used to a certain taste and know who makes it consistently. Other than that great place. I've also brought friends and family in from out of town for their vape and thcA flower needs.
