Carbon is one of the best smoke/snack shop I've been too in all of Ft. Lauderdale. The staff is always on point and friendly with anything you need, especially Jaylin. Can't get better prices anywhere else for your vapes and always coming in clutch with fire delta products. Cannot recommend you no place better than carbon glass tech read more

My curiosity got the best of me and I finally stopped in here. I was interested in seeing what types of CBD (not thc) edibles they had and sadly none were for me. Andrew showed me items like gummy bears, gummy frogs and CBD drops; but what caught my eye was a large canister of licorice which looked just like Twizzlers. I couldn't buy them because they are loaded with sugar, cornstarch, corn syrup, artificial flavorings and a bunch of other ingredients that I couldn't even pronounce. I've been low carbing it and one piece of red licorice would have exceeded my carb and sugar macros for several days. Not worth it. The store is clean and organized. They have a nice display of glass if that's your thing. I didn't look at anything but the edibles so I can't comment on anything else in the store. My nephew has been encouraging me to try yoga and I am seriously considering it. At least yoga doesn't have carbs and sugar so it's a possibility. The store is located on the south side of Sterling Road just east of 441 in the Poinciana Plaza. read more

Very respectable & willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. read more

This place is so cute and amazing it is very clean unlike one of the other reviews that has been posted. I called during Covid because no other shops were open and lovely Erica answered and said "see you soon!". We got there and she was so polite, sweet, and helpful and gave us everything we need and more! I would highly recommend this place if you wanna quickly grab some gummies, a preroll, some kratom, or just come E-cigs. They even have clorox wipes, hand sanitizer (regular and CBD), and face masks if anyone needs any of that. read more

Nice, simple, and clean inside. Good selection, service, and prices.

Long time customer at this location but these days coming here is just not worth it. There's an employee that tries to sell you everything in the store and talks your ear off for an hour if you let him, he also upsells you and tries to sell you things you are not interested in at all and speaks down to you like you know nothing. There used to be other employees that were very helpful and understanding but they seemed to have quit recently. Unfortunately, i'd have to advise against coming here because of this despite the great variety of products, you're better off getting your stuff online. read more

Great shop! The staff is extremely knowledgeable. If you have any questions about their products, they are there to help. Everyone is really friendly! The prices are extremely affordable, and their variety of products is on point. read more

This place is great. They have COVID essential items also. The staff there was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the best products that was in my budget. I liked how the place is very clean and has an upscale feel with realistic prices. They have so many products there it was a one stop shop. I highly recommend this place. Will definitely be going back. read more

This is a fun shop to visit when I'm on vacation! I always forget something when I pack, so they usually carry the stuff I need! The staff is friendly and I like how they're open late. I've been to a lot of smoke shops and these guys truly have a fantastic selection of glass. read more

Greet u at the door, very knowledgeable, had a good experience after leaving SG atrocious customer service a block down. Come here for flavored papers. read more

This is a terrible place. The prices are extremely overpriced, the owner is very rude and disrespectful. I have never expedited such terrible costumer service, and I work in costumer service! If you have something that does not work, they will not help. If a glass breaks, they will not help. If you believe something is a bit overpriced, they will laugh and not sell it to you. This place is a joke. read more

I frequented the Carbon Glass Tech location on Stirling Rd. and never really had an issue until "Robert" he sold me an incorrect downstem for a piece I purchased there, I was back there within 10 minutes of purchase and was basically told Sorry about your luck! I will never return, they have lost a customer and I will be sure to warn everyone I know and anyone who will listen...word of mouth is everything! Definitely recommend Stirling Glass! read more

I don't usually do this but I gotta say I was highly disappointed with this shop. I heard nothing but good things so I wanted to check it out regardless of how far it was. I had saw online they had all those rare soda and cereal flavors which was what I was mostly going to the shop for. Due to how far the shop was I just wanted to confirm they had the flavor cereal I wanted. I'm not sure if the person I spoke to was confused or what but when I asked her if they had it she said yes but when I arrived to the store they did not have this flavor. Even with this disappointment I was still interested in the other flavors they had and the sodas. But apparently you can only pay for those items in cash??? I rarely ever carry cash on me unless I know I will need it. This is definetly something she should of mentioned over the phone knowing I had intentions of going to the shop to buy the cereal. To top it off my friend who was with me was interested in buying a vape, we came into this store and I just felt like the person there put in no effort to help us. He needed help finding what he needed yet she just stood there staring at us. He never asked directly for help but if your an employee at a store like this and you see someone looking for an item you should put in the initiative to help them. We both left this shop empty handed which was not our intentions, between the horrible service and lack of info given we saw no reason to give this shop our business today or any other day in the future. I am a very busy person and I chose to take them out of my schedule to go to this shop out of the way to give it a chance, there's a head shop 2 minutes away from my house I could of easily went too. I will never consider spending my hard earned dollars here or suggest anyone I know do the same. Thanks for wasting my time, hope your change your service soon or I can't see your shop lasting long especially in the area your located there's literally 5 other shops in walking distance. You would think with all that competition you would work a little harder to keep customers happy. Guess not.... read more

Carbon is my ONLY destination when it comes to buying anything glass-related in Broward from now on. Their selection of high end glass one of the most extensive I've ever seen and they have all the accessories you could ever need. When you walk into the pristine store you're greeted by 3 sleepy pups and the relaxing scent of incense. Whoever is behind the counter, whether it be Jason or one of the twins, is always friendly and ready to help in any way they can. Their prices are very good, and they always cut deals for repeat customers. I HIGHLY recommend them :) read more

Carbon Glass is more of an art exhibit than a smoke shop. If that's what your looking for, go there. Tiny store. Excellent selection of art glass. Also lots of hookas. But lacking a good selection of low and middle end items. Also small selection of basic accessories. Seen pipes marked $45,000. Unsure if that was a price??? What pissed me of was the inability of the guy working to make eye contact with me when I entered the store, or greet me. I spent five minutes browsing without anyone saying a word to me or offering to help me spend my hard earned money. So I left and went to another shop that appreciated my business read more

Unsanitary. Overpriced glass. Expired products. They markup x4. Then act like you're giving them a hard time when you pay x3. The owner is disrespectful, and has zero regard for his consumers. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. They have no place in the community. read more

carbon glass has a lot of nice glass pieces and all your cbd needs Too. great prices/service read more

Insane collection of quality and artistic glass. Carbon Glass Tech can be considered an art gallery in some respects. They offer a huge selection of smoking supplies and ecigs at every price range. They are also constantly adding new product lines and crazy new glass so its a different experience everything I walk in. The best thing about this store is the customer service. Not only are they friendly, but they are incredibly knowledgeable about their craft. They only get 5 stars because I cant give them more! read more

I recently stopped into this new store and had a pleasant experience. The staff was very knowledgeable about all their items and had a quite amazing inventory. Some of the products were just absolutely beautiful pieces of art that are all functional at very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend checking out Carbon Glass Tech, its the best smoke shop I've been to yet. read more

Great staff and great service I would recommend this place to everyone !!!! 5 star from me can't beat there prices

I found this place by accident when I was leaving the hard rock, what a great shop. What a friendly, and knowledgeable staff. The customer service here is amazing. I've been to a bunch smoke shops and they don't have the selection that this place has. They also have all your electronic cigarette needs as well. I will definitely be returning to the store whenever I am in the area to see what new items they have. Seems like this store is up to date and well kept. read more

Great ppl to work with. Good price, nice selection.....will come back again for sure.

Really nice guy behind the counter who is friendly, patient and not pushy at all. He had a beard. The selection is nice, clean, and the guy there had good knowledge of mostly everything. Only thing is there's not AS MUCH selection or like artsy/design types of items. read more

What a great selection of glass pipes and all accessories!! Has all the high end vaporizers and tools. I had a issue with a previous employee that ended up in confusion. This place is amazing. I walked in half an hour before closing and was given complete attention by Jason. They have the best products and a wide selection. I bought a water pipe, grinder and a steamroller from them and they work great! Oh, They also hooked me up with 2 free lighters!!! By far the best smoke shop in the area. read more

After doing some research, i decided to drive to carbon to see their heady stuff. Not going to say it was a terrible display. What i am saying however, is that if a glass shop is going to carry certain pieces of art, that their staff should at least know what its use is for. I am very confident with my knowledge on heady and scientific glass of all kinds and i can say i knew about 97% more than the gentlemen i was talking to. Secondly, the prices are absolutely absurd. They mark up the prices and don't fluctuate at all to help the customer. i give the review a 1 for poor quality and management. read more
