I thought the price was a bit expensive for some of the arrangements that did not include a vase or box. It seemed like requesting an arrangement with a box was a hard request. I selected a bouquet and requested a box or vase, and the staff asked if the person receiving the flowers doesn't have a vase. It's just more convenient to have a box or vase with the arrangement since you don't want the person receiving it to look for one, and what if they don't have a vase?
