They later contacted that person and I got my gear back. I was so lucky that they put in all the time and effort to help me track down my stuff. Another time, my bass player had an issue with his amp connection. One of the owners came into the rehearsal room and got out a separate amp for him to play on. In addition, their quad jam package is a great deal. You get four rehearsals for the price of three. Awesome place for any bands looking for a fairly priced rehearsal space!

I'm recording, he has a TV in the booth where I can see him literally mastering as I record. This is a rare gem of a studio. It's very private. Chase gives you his full attention and makes sure the environment is yours and only yours during your sessions. Very professional and courteous. It's very clean and put together. Idk... Legacy Studios swears they're #1. But not only does Chase Cotton have them beat in quality, he also has them beat in PRICE! His rates are CRAZY CHEAP for the quality he provides. I tell him often that he's under valuing himself and his business. He should charge more for his hourly.
