They offered me a drink menu, and I requested a mimosa (I don't drink soda and bottled water wasn't on the menu). They were out. When offered red or white wine, I tried to ask to see the container (box, bottle...idc) explaining that I didn't want them to pour something I didn't like. They brought out a glass and at the first sip, I could tell it was Chardonnay which is exactly what I would've avoided, if I knew. SIGH..... The basic pedicure was fine, overall no problem there. The massage chair was ok, pretty basic too. When I checked out, the system was down (operator error, tbh) so I'm not sure if I got a credit point for their reward system or not. I paid $32+ the minimum suggested 20% tip. The guy doing the pedi did a decent job, I'd say. But the vibe overall was that I'll check out a few other suggested places before I go back.

Got me in real quick and I loved that they explained the whole process even though I'm a regular at getting my lashes done. There is a clear explanation of what you can expect and what look you can achieve. Took about 1:30 to get done. Since I'm not from this state I do consider the prices higher than MY usual but the quality and experience is exceptional. Would def recommend if you need your lashes done.

I see her Prim sign on the door and hanging up too. Right when I walk into her spa... it smells amazing! Her colors of her space make you feel right at home... the terracotta, cream & espresso. The bed is super comfy!!! She provides blankets and a warm towel bath robe which smells amazing and super comfy. I like the whole process because it's super calm and relaxing. She walks you through everything. I have had done LOTS of the treatments at PRIM so I will start the facials. I do the booking online so I can choose the facial I want and the questionnaire so I can write out any extras. She will always walk me through what she is putting on my face or if I want changes or need add ons if time is allowed/price permitting. The dermaplaning she does feels really amazing on my skin and I can tell the complete difference! The room is dark and has tranquil sound bath music. Facials are reasonably priced. I have gotten my eyelashes lifted and tinted. Which makes my eyelashes super dark and lifted for about a month so yay not using mascara. Then I had a lip service which used micro-needling with hydra infusing peptides. It's made my lips feel so soft and plumped! I have been going to this Prim Skin & Wellness the Landmark location since the opening... August 2024.
