My husband and I recently visited Green Day Spa for a couples massage, and unfortunately, the…read moreentire experience was disappointing. We've both had massages before, so we had reasonable expectations going in. My husband received very little pressure during his massage, and throughout our session, his therapist repeatedly dropped things, making it difficult for either of us to relax. During my massage, I could hear my therapist repeatedly yawning, and the roughness of his elbows against my skin was uncomfortable. I chose not to complain during our appointment because I didn't feel comfortable doing so in the moment. However, I contacted the spa just a few days later to discuss our experience privately. After multiple attempts to connect with management, I finally spoke with an employee who offered explanations for nearly every concern I raised. I was ultimately told that because we hadn't complained during the massages, they would not be doing anything to address our dissatisfaction. What disappoints me most isn't simply that we received massages we didn't enjoy. Sometimes services fall short of expectations, and I understand that. It's the complete lack of willingness to acknowledge our concerns or work toward a reasonable resolution. I made a genuine effort to address this privately rather than leave a negative review. Unfortunately, the response I received was just as disappointing as the service itself.
