If your a customer who is looking at which nail tech to choose, I highly recommend Diu and if your new you need to make an appointment and when you get there go straight to her chair which is #7. When you enter go to left side and you'll see number #7. Why Am I pointing this out? Because not everyone in this Nail Spa works with integrity which is very sad. I just experienced a very disgusting behavior by one of their techs names Vi. I walked in another lady asked me how she can help me I told her I have an appt with Diu and I'll just sit down and wait since I already spoke to Diu on the phone. And Vi came up and asked me what she can do for me, I look at her and was 100% sure she was not Diu. I told her I have an appt with Diu and she then tilts her head acting confused so I pulled my phone trying to show her the text that maybe I was in the wrong place or maybe I was saying Diu's name wrong. I heard Diu's voice calling me and I turn around and saw her telling me sit at her table. When I sat down I came to realize what Vi was trying to do. I work in a sales job and experience sales theft and poaching of customers and Vi was trying to pretend either she was Diu or that there's no one names Diu there. This is very wrong, I pay good money and leave a generous tip because when I see someone goes above and beyond to make sure I love my nails I will come back and bring people with me. That's who I am. But not everyone in this nail salon believe in their own capabilities and talent that they resort to taking someone else's customer. The other nail tech should WORK HARDER to be known for their work to gain more customers and not take Diu's customers that she builds relationship with and take care of. I hope the Spa owner reads this, please address this. You're gonna lose customers if this toxicity keeps happening. No one wants to be tricked and lied to because what if Diu wasn't there to guide me to her chair! Then Vi would have lied to me to try and poach me. That is disgusting behavior. They brought out a glass and at the first sip, I could tell it was Chardonnay which is exactly what I would've avoided, if I knew. SIGH..... The basic pedicure was fine, overall no problem there. The massage chair was ok, pretty basic too. When I checked out, the system was down (operator error, tbh) so I'm not sure if I got a credit point for their reward system or not. I paid $32+ the minimum suggested 20% tip. The guy doing the pedi did a decent job, I'd say. But the vibe overall was that I'll check out a few other suggested places before I go back.

It pains me to have to write a review with only 2 stars, but my lash retention here was HORRIBLE…read more Disclaimer: I've had lash extensions PLENTY of times in the past and I know how to care for them. That being said, my retention previously with other places was 3 weeks, if not more. I would only go once a month, ever. I first got a classic full set, and it looked great; I loved it! However, the same day and the following few days, my extensions itself fell off, without being attached to my actual lash. I thought maybe it was a lack of glue, so I made sure to bring it up for my fill, which I got 2 weeks later (which is the shortest amount of time I've ever gone for a fill). A majority of my extensions were gone by the 2 week mark. For my refill, I tried the hybrid lashes because I had some sparse areas with my natural lashes and it was recommended that I get hybrids to fill them in and make them look fuller. Again, I liked the look immediately after. And again, the very next day, my extensions were falling off, WITHOUT being attached to my natural lash. The girls here are super nice, but I can't justify spending money every 1.5 - 2 weeks for fills when I know my extensions could be lasting longer. I've attached a picture of how many lashes came off at a time. It looks like only 1 is attached to my natural lash; the others are extensions by themselves. The other picture is what my lashes look like A WEEK and a half later. I had to get a fill from somewhere else in San Antonio, and the lash girl there told me that because my natural lashes are thin, they weren't able to hold the lashes that Hello Lashes used, which I feel like the lash technicians here should have known based on what my natural lashes are like. Btw, my lash fill done in San Antonio are holding up, so it's definitely not me caring for them incorrectly!
