I'm so so happy I went to Jennie! Super professional, very knowledgeable, communicative, and friendly. She let me know what she was doing next with my hair and always checked in with me to make sure I was happy with where it was going. She listened to me and took into account all my thoughts. At the end, she even styled my freshly cut hair. I was in love! The free consultation appointment ahead of the actual cut really helped too. I'd recommend Jennie to anyone!!!

After becoming disenchanted with the salon I've been going to for the past 2 years, looked on my…read moretrusty Yelp and found this salon, which is quite close to my house and has great reviews. Called, let them assign me to a stylist, and went for my appointment. (About a 4 day lead time for an evening appointment - not bad at all!) Ended up with Abby - she was willing to help consult with me on my hair, and helped me pick between a few options (something I find a lot of hairdressers can't do for some reason) - so I appreciated that. Abby asked at each step of the way what my preferences are - and the end result - I'm happy with my cut. Booked to go back in a month. I may end up bumping this review up to a 5 - too early to tell just yet - but so far, so good. Oh yeah - prices are reasonable, and they have many other salong services - body wraps, manicures, massages, etc. It's a little hard to figure out where it is initially - it's in behind the BP Gas Station across from Walmart. (Who knew there was a named street back there?!?!) It looks like you can get into from the BP, or you can turn onto County Line, then turn left almost right away onto Commerce. Enough was enough so I called Salon37 today and asked for a haircut appointment. I was placed with stylist Linda and she was very open to what I wanted to do with my hair. She suggested a couple new things to do with my hair so I trusted her and went with what she said. It turned out great! Better than I expected. Price is not bad either for what you get!! Best haircut I've ever had that I completely love! I found my new hair salon that I plan to stick with as long as I can!! If it's your first time here ask for Linda she's great and down to earth and it willing to teach her clients tips and tricks to keep hair healthy.

Don't go here unless you wanna get ripped off!!!!…read more She quoted $500 after seeing the reference photo, so that sets an expectation. * She did the hair twice and still let my daughter walk out with uneven, multiple colors that clearly weren't the agreed result. * Then she turns around and says it'll be another $400 to "fix" or continue it--without taking responsibility for the unfinished or incorrect work. That's not just bad service, it's borderline deceptive. At the very least, any correction should be on her, not charged again. Never ever will go back to this place took advantage of a minor!!!! terrible
