I asked her if we could meet in the middle and split the cost therefore they don't lose money but we'd also don't pay for something we were missed quoted twice on.- the manager then said "this ain't no game show honey" and she continued to scold me.... She's very condescending and rude. I would think twice before going to her or her store for service.

Called, let them assign me to a stylist, and went for my appointment. (About a 4 day lead time for an evening appointment - not bad at all!) Ended up with Abby - she was willing to help consult with me on my hair, and helped me pick between a few options (something I find a lot of hairdressers can't do for some reason) - so I appreciated that. Abby asked at each step of the way what my preferences are - and the end result - I'm happy with my cut. Booked to go back in a month.
