The stylist can't read your mind and has to learn more about you. The person who washed my hair was very gentle. However, I like a vigorous wash, so I asked if she could dig a bit deeper. Latayvia overheard the conversation and decided to help the young lady. After listening to me, she proceeded to wash my hair the way I preferred. I went to their website and it was really easy to navigate and set up an appointment. They have everything from makeup to natural hair care to sew-ins etc. My appt was for 10:30a and once I arrived I was seated right away! Latayvia is so sweet and her co-partner Yiasa was very friendly as well. I felt very welcome. My appointment was with Latayvia and she got my hair RIGHT! The wash was great and she was able to shape it to where my hair can grow back evenly. The salon is very clean, chic, and cozy and in s great (safe) location. Overall I had a great experience, and communication was wonderful with them. Would definitely go back again!
