There was even a moisturizer for my skin that's in-store that I thought I could only catch at another certain store, so knowing that Kim's is up the street from me makes it all beneficial. Every time I step foot in, I'm greeted, no matter who's on the clock that day (or night). They're always willing to help because there's so much to choose from, even if there's something you're looking for specifically (hence my opening two sentences). I can only imagine how long this location has been here & I don't see it going anywhere (as far as shutting down like other businesses at Gilcrease Hills Center have).

We looked at a few wigs as we waited, not realizing there was a string and tag that she wanted tucked behind each wig. She made it clear we needed to put those back behind the wigs. There was no doubt she had no desire to help us so we went to Judy's Wigs on Memorial and had a great experience. Thanks to Judy's Wigs, we now understand wig etiquette, how to care for them, and left with a great wig for my mother. Though it looked like a nice shop, we would not recommend Wigs & More to anyone.

You go in with what you think you want then the shop has you try on something totally different and that's the one you fall in love with. This has been a deeply sensitive experience, and as I approach being medically cleared, I went into Judi's just to look at small hairpieces and get an idea of prices. I was nowhere near ready to buy or try anything on. From the start, the experience was awful. The employee insisted I remove my hat so she could see the spot When I reluctantly complied, she was immediately taken aback. She bluntly told me I needed the largest size and said she didn't want me trying anything on because basically, I had a bald spot. I never even asked to try anything on. Neither employee was helpful, and both showed zero empathy. They deal with medical hair loss regularly, and I truly hope they do not treat cancer patients the way they treated me. I left feeling incredibly self-conscious and will never give them my business.
