I said yes to my dress here this past weekend and OMG the experience I had was everything I needed!…read moreWe worked with Amanda and Deb who took really good care of us. I was referred here by another bride and was so happy to have this as our first stop of the day. We made our apt for 10am which was perfect, they just opened and were still fresh and had their undivided attention since we were the only ones there. Amanda was so personable and made me feel comfortable. I found a dress I loved but they understood I had another appointment that day so told me that I could come back later if I still wanted the dress they would save it. I didn't feel pressured at all to buy there, they encouraged me to explore my options because they know how big of a decision this is and I really respected them for that. There are 2 show areas at this location for trying on dresses. I did end up coming back to buy my dress here the same day. The other store I went to had my same dress and even for a little cheaper but the service was no where near what I received at Bridal Elegance. The only minor con was we had to bring our own champagne/bubbles but they did provide a celebratory treat at the end. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any bride to add this place as a must when looking for your dress! They did not require a $25 deposit either

The more we tried on, the more she learned my style (despite me not being able to articulate exactly what I wanted). She stuck with us for much longer than a typical appointment would be. My biggest concern being price, she was very accommodating and gave us an excellent deal on a dress I had fallen in love with. After bad experiences at several big box and local places in both Tulsa and OKC, I didn't expect to see such great selection, prices, and service all in one little shop! My ONLY negatives would be that the owner was a little frank with the way she phrases things, and that the snaps on my dress started coming undone after trying it on only twice in store. Even with those nitpicks, though, I would highly recommend this place!

They found one (after suggesting I may be wrong about my size) and it fit, somewhat. A bit looser than I like in the band but figured I could make it work. Called a few days later as my girls couldn't seem to stay in the cups. Asked what we could do to keep from the ole uni-boob from happening. The woman suggested maybe the bra didn't fit right to which I replied, "you fitted me for it." And then she suggested maybe I shouldn't move around as much. Wait, WHAT?!!? Thanks but with that type of customer service, I think my money is best spent elsewhere.

What I loved most was that she heard me and what I wanted and needed and didn't rush me, but also I didn't feel like she was just trying to "sell me" of items! Their items are more pricey, but WELL worth it!! 10/10 recommend and if she's there, ask for Andrea!! Also, a week after I went in, they sent me a letter and offered $$ off for the next time I'm in! How generous & so kind!

Olga asked what I was looking for and I didn't have a big price range. She found the perfect dress for me! It was a little long so she did have to make some alterations. As the mother of the bride, I had such a wonderful experience at Facchianos in Tulsa when my…read moredaughter went dress shopping. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcomed and valued. They understood how important this moment was for our family, and they went out of their way to include all of us in the process. The consultant assigned to work with my daughter was so patient and attentive, taking the time to really understand her vision and personal style. What I appreciated most was how they encouraged my daughter, my husband, my sister in law, my mother-in-law, and myself to get up and touch the dresses and had my daughter walk around and dance in them. We were able to offer our honest opinions and feedback, which the consultant graciously incorporated. It made the experience so much more special and meaningful for all of us. Even when my daughter must have tried on 12-13 dresses, the staff never made us feel rushed. They wanted to make sure she found the perfect gown. I cannot say enough good things about the personalized, family-focused service we received. They made what could have been a stressful situation into an incredibly joyful and memorable one for our whole family. I would recommend them to any mother of the bride looking for a salon that will treat you like family. My daughter doesn't live in the area and ultimately didn't find her dress here but it was an amazing experience and we thought the pricing was really good too!

At first glance, it might seem like Caché caters mainly to older women, but don't be deceived! I…read morethought this mostly because it's one of my mom's favorite stores and most of the stuff she bought were very appropriate for her age. However, upon exploration, I found great clothes for myself. You will find more modest clothes here which I love (no ridiculous cleavage). Classy and very flattering to your body. Most pieces can be easily transformed from daylight to date night, which is perfect for work and happy hour days. I especially like their dresses. They have gorgeous formal and casual dresses. I also found my favorite pair of jeans for only $19! The style seems very sophisticated to me. If you're in that weird stage where you don't really fit-in with the younger trends and don't want to age yourself either, give Caché a try. Service is great too. The ladies working here are super friendly and helpful. You can also buy online and return at the store if it doesn't work for you. I like their fitting rooms, they have plenty of mirrors.
