Everything combined with a 10-year warranty was close to $20000. Fast forward a few months later (Feb/March), I discovered there had been mice entering through the vent pipe hole they (Babe Plumbing) poorly insulated. I tried to get a hold of them to resolve it but their voicemail always full. I wrote an inquiry on their website and never got any response. A few weeks after that, I tried to turn on my brand new AC they just installed months ago, and to my surprise, it didn't work! I kept trying to get a hold of them but had no luck. I had to hire a different company to come out and they told me the installer (Babe Plumbing) had completely messed up the wiring and it would require another $2000 to get the AC to work.
