A year later, I knew p having the same issues, I called several times and the lady on the phone kept telling me someone would call me, no air conditioning in my upstairs area and no one has called. I finally gave up and called a different company. I'm not sure why they never called me back. Their customer service is non existent, can't say the same about installation and repair because they never took the time to even schedule something. I wonder if they think that because we are Hispanic family we don't have the financial resources to pay for their services or they simply don't want to serve certain populations. I don't recommend this company, save your time and money, call other companies around and give your business to someone that deserves it.

The installers didn't lay any protectors down on flooring, or any where did that matter. They needed to install pipes thru my sewing room and several other rooms: they did nothing to protect existing surfaces, nor did they bother to tell me (I was working in my home office during install, it would have been easy for me to come down and cover my stuff). I spent much more time after they left, cleaning after them , than I'd have spent covering my things in advance. Almost all contractors I've worked with address protecting existing surfaces in advance of job, so I didn't think I needed to ask about it.

They got me an appointment the DAY AFTER I called. Service tech Josh called about an hour before the appointed time, said he was ahead of schedule, asked if he could come early. YES, please! Josh stopped in, and was 100% clean/pleasant/polite/professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the problem to me in layman's terms, and presented me with a couple of options for service. Josh completed the repair quickly, and got us "up and running" in no time! Josh was an absolute pleasure to work with. We've been fortunate to have minimal problems with our HVAC systems over the last twenty years, but I know that CRH has been here at least once. After today's service call, I know that CRH will absolutely be at the top of the list, next time we have a service need. By the way... Josh was finished and gone, fifteen minutes BEFORE the scheduled service call time window. That can't be expected every time, or even predicted... but it was just icing on the cake. We couldn't have asked for better service. "Thank You," Countryside Refrigeration and Heating!
