The massage was adequate at best! After paying and tipping 20% she gave a nasty look. I said I gave you 20%. She said should give 50, 50 and put her fingers together indicating cash and 50 percent! The last two times another employee took the money and gave a dirty look. No thank you--nothing! That massage was definitely not even worth 20%! It is rude! Not going back there anymore! Also, they don't change bedding in between customers. You lay face down and it smells bad! You actually smell like dirty clothes when you leave. I doubt they wash those towels either! My third visit and the LAST!! My husband and I each got 30 min massage. When I went to pay she said I could add the tip to my card. I said okay $5 each so $10 total. She proceeds to hand me a hand-written note saying something to the effect of a 20% tip. I found this very off putting as it's up to the customer how much they tip and IF they tip!! Tipping is a courtesy NOT a requirement!! Sorry you were offended by my $5 tip instead of $6. Here's a tip... Appreciate what you're given because some people won't give you anything!! Shame on you!! Let me first be 100% clear that I actually am a Licensed Massage Therapist with 7 years under my belt. I am currently the only Massage Therapist at my place of work so I tend to ask my husband to help me out with the knot I get under/along my scapula. He doesn't like it and doesn't really know what he's doing so it's more like a temporary fix until the next day when I have to ask him again. Well anyways, he was trying to surprise me/he was getting tired of me asking him so he booked me a session here. My normal go to place was booked out 3 months and most places around didn't have any availability for same day appointments. He found this place. He was nervous because like I said I am a Therapist and I have pretty high standards BECAUSE I know how sessions should go. So we arrived here and I gave him a funny look. The "what is this?" look. He says just try it. So I'm taken directly back to the table. The guy told me to put my stuff in this tote box and lay face down on the table fully dressed. He starts working on my back and shoulders and hips. The session itself was great! The pressure was fantastic and he did get my knot out!!!!! I had zero wait when I arrived. For a 60 minute deep tissue and a little hot stone add on it was definitely worth the money. The ONLY REASON I didn't give a 5 star is because I didn't fill out any forms. I didn't sign any consent forms. He didn't ask for any kind of health/relative medical history. All the things every legit therapist/practice should do to protect both Client and Therapist/business from any kind of harm/legal liabilities. I know sometimes doing this extra step can be tedious but if you're legit you're going to do this to protect yourself. But like I said, as far as the actual session itself it was great but fortunately I don't have any conflicts that would have happened due to getting a massage. read more

You don't tell customers the wait is 10 mins then customer walks back in after she tells them to come back then basically tells you, that you have to now wait again. I was in need of a massage but didn't plan ahead enough to book one, due in part to my being in Maryland on vacation from California. While at the mall, I passed by this business and was intrigued by the signage indicating "Chinese massage special - 20 minutes for $20". Seeing a man seated and ready to assist, I walked in and met Louis Liu. The business appeared to be spacious and new. Each of the eight or so tables were partitioned off so as to provide partial privacy. Both men and women were being massaged. All were very talkative and happy and engaging with the therapists. Louis' English is fair, but his skill of the art is amazing. He's really nice and easy enough to communicate with. I started with the $20,option by laying on a table fully clothed. After what seemed more like 25 minutes, he offered to do another $20, which I gladly accepted. I removed my shirt for better access. I don't believe full disrobing is permitted there. I'm 58 years old and have about 12 massages a year from a regular therapist and others. THIS was one of THE best of all. Louis is aggressive and fast, so he hits a spot, works it hard, then moves, so the pain and discomfort of deep tissue work is minimal. I'd have to say that, if I lived in Maryland, Louis would be my primary therapist. I hope this review is of help, and that your experience there is as good as mine was. read more

The massage was very painful and intense. The language barrier was a major issue because there was no adequate way to communicate the pain that was felt throughout the massage process. They are also very rough in a business where being gentle and soothing is preferred. I would not personally go again nor would I recommend them unless you have a very high tolerance for pain. Impulse massage purchase: 20 minute massage please. I went to valley mall with my mom and my niece to return an item n my niece wanting to shop. I was just a tag along. I saw there sign for Chinese Massage $20 special. Yeah I got $20 buck sign me up. I started to walk towards the entrance, there was a asian lady at the counter and she acknowledged me right away. she took me to my massage station. they have asian room dividers and massage tables fashioned along the wall from front to back of mall suite. they are open, no doors but you dont undress your massage is clothed and the massage is thai compression and rhythm. My therapist was a asian male. Hes an excellent therapist gave just the right amount of pressure, very firm hurt so good and gave me chills. Was consistent in rhythm during massage. Dont be suprised if they dont talk a whole lot, your not greeted by your therapist, and you have no idea who your therapist is or what they look like before your massage is started. I dont think they speak english. He didnt understand me when I asked a question about there hours, another worker answered for him. He was very polite and smiled. A smile is worth a thousand words. I went and got my niece afterwards, she got a massage from same man she was satisfied with her experience as well. I will be back and recommend. read more
