I would recommend Johnson law firm 100% to anyone looking for anyone who has or will need people…read morewho actually care about their clients. I have been in and out of the court system my fair aka not fair amount of times just to be told lies and untruthful suggestions or promises. This time recently I was proved wrong by my thoughts of always having bad luck or bad representation. From the first time I contacted Liz at Johnson Law Firm I never had a doubt on how hard she cared and how hard she worked on my case. If you knew my past you'd definitely take my advice and let them see how they can do the same they did for me. I hope I never need be in the situation to have to have them representation me again but I guarantee if that day may come I know exactly who I will call. I guarantee and promise if they do what they had done for me you'll feel the exact same way. Liz was better than the best and her persistent goes above and beyond her pay I'm sure and hope she continues to succeed and make the money she deserves and helps people like myself get the justice we deserve!

I have been dealing with Rob Bellin since my accident on 11/14/2015. My best friend and I were…read morestruck from behind by an intoxicated driver. Rob was able to get us both in to review our cases in a very timely manner. He never made any promises and was very realistic in all estimates. His fees (contingency by state law) were in line or lower than most other attorneys in the area and he always had time for us. All during negotiations Rob was very communicative and I never had an email to him go unanswered. Most were answered within a couple hours even in the evening and on weekends. He was always willing to give an experienced opinion in all matters pertaining to the case. All options concerning settling versus suing were thoroughly explained with all of the pros and cons. If you are in need of a personal injury attorney, do yourself the favor and talk to Rob. Don't bother with any of those firms that advertise on TV.

Funny how our Oshkosh experience has been book-ended by Assurance Title. When selling our home, we…read moreopted to use Assurance, since they had previously done the title search on the property. They had the documents prepared well in advance for our review via email, and it was no problem for the husband to sign a week early due to being out of town. But again, with the weird closing times! The buyer had requested an end of the month closing, so I'm sure they were super busy, but 7AM? Really? The only good news was that when the husband signed, they told me not to show up until 7:15 since I wouldn't be needed right away. Overall though, I was happy with the service we got from Assurance. No need to drive to Appleton for a decent title company!

After contacting our insurance agent regarding the damage, they sent out their adjuster. The insurance company sent us a check and considered our claim closed. After getting several estimates to repair the damage the money from the insurance company didn't come close to cover the damage. One of the companies that came out to give us an estimate recommended Miller Public Adjusters. This was the first time we made a claim and we're unfamiliar with the process. Mitch from Miller Public adjusters came out and explained their process. Mitch was knowledgeable and personable. Not knowing what else to do we hired Miller Public adjusters. Mitch carefully documented all of the damage to our buildings which ended up being much more than what our insurance agency found. Mitch went toe to toe with the insurance agency and stuck with us through it all. After everything was done, we ended up settling with our insurance agency for over 10 times what they initially gave us. We are now able to repair all of the damage caused by the hail and could not have done it without Miller public adjusters. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
