I brought my new truck in to be tinted, and about three years later, I reached out to him about the warranty required. I contacted him and explained my concern. He knew exactly what it was and said that the manufacturer put stuff on the glass from the factory, which caused it to have vertical waves/lines. We set an appointment to redo the window tint, and as I'm backing yp in his shop, he's complaining about me messing up his carpet on the floor. I just decided to leave, I figured why would I get the same window tint installed again. Ive had Heinz tint every car I've had in the last 10 years (12) and I send everyone I know that's looking for tint to be done straight over to Heinz because he's the best tint guy in the valley. He backs up his work, uses premium tint so if it turns purple or blue it's most likely something you did. All my windows are as black as the day they were done.. I like how he does it "old school" cuts everything by hand, no machine cuts or work that looks like it's from a production line. read more

Well I wish I could say his company is good and helpful for someone here to see, and get a good job with no issues.. take a look at my pictures of 2 year old tint, cleaned with tint safe window cleaner.. looks blue right?? When I showed him he says blue is better than purple. Well I was willing to pay for new window tint replaced, but when I showed him the difference below as you see in the pictures and asked to match the tint that's not blue he vanished with no call backs, no texts nothing.. remember this is me saying I'll pay for the replacement.. not cool guys,. The best tint shop around. I've had two cars tinted here. Heinz does quick efficient work and gives vehicles great care. I had my windows tinted on a car before I found Heinz. After the windows were tinted there was a rattling in my door from the tinter taking the inside of the door off improperly. I made an appointment with Heinz this past Friday for today, Monday August 17th for my wife's van. I called an hour before to confirm my appointment when he told me that he didn't want the vehicle dusty. I showed up with my wife and her friend in tow because she wanted her vehicle to be tinted too to only be confronted by Heinz with an unnecessary attack on myself and vehicles. This man had turned from a genuinely nice guy to someone who felt like he was being attacked when the reality was he was being the attacker. He did a great job on my truck but I will never send anyone there or promote his business ever again. I'm sickened by his verbal attack on me in front of my wife and her good friend. Unfortunately, her friend knows people who knows lots more people and after this experience, I can't imagine it will be good for him.
