Dan went above and beyond to restore the area to near perfection and far exceeded my expectations. Dan also took care of a host of other smaller tasks including Re-installing smoke alarms (that the tenants removed), replacing damaged vertical blinds and bedroom curtains, and patching and painting the walls throughout the house damaged by the tenants. I feel so much more confident as a landlord knowing I have Dan as a resource for repairs.
