Dan went above and beyond to restore the area to near perfection and far exceeded my expectations. Dan also took care of a host of other smaller tasks including Re-installing smoke alarms (that the tenants removed), replacing damaged vertical blinds and bedroom curtains, and patching and painting the walls throughout the house damaged by the tenants. I feel so much more confident as a landlord knowing I have Dan as a resource for repairs. As someone with very little "craftsmanship" ability and home repair knowledge, I am beyond blessed and thankful to have found exactly what I needed in a home contractor! However, the next winter had more snow. We turned on the cables and noticed that there was no snow being removed from our roof. When we called Webfoot to let them know that the cables were not working as promised; they had a representative who came out to visit us. He told us that Webfoot was not responsible for the incorrect sizing of the cables as they hired a sub contractor as the electrician. Basically they said, "tough luck" your on your own. We removed the cables when we added a new roof the next year. I would not recommend Webfoot for any of their services as they told us that it was our responsibility, not Webfoot's. A waste of money. Stay away from Webfoot and go to other vendors. Buyer beware! Unhappy customer in Bend ,OR

They missed all the promised deadlines, the quality especially in our kitchen is extremely poor, one cabinet they've replaced once and it still doesn't work well, we have 3 other drawers that we can hardly open, a cabinet door badly warped. The cabinets were only installed 4 months ago! They changed two drawers without asking us and they are basically unusable. We had to completely rip out what they put into our pantry and redo it with someone else. The closet they installed is barely better that what you can buy at Home Depot. They never returned phone calls during the project and took weeks to get back to you by email. Now there are parts of the project that are not finished and they are refusing to do anything else. Even though they have the pieces to complete. I have put off writing any kind of review or taking any other actions in the hope that they will make good but they are refusing to even talk with us.
